INTRODUCTION
Social care services are the most important and necessary services in health care industry.
It is the great context of leaders which gives positive impact on the behaviour of service users. It
is very necessary for service providers to take care of service users in the best possible manner.
This report is based on understanding health and social care services and the, it will also explain
responsibilities of different professionals to adhere to positive practises. The concept of
compassion and ways in which practitioners provides effective services are also explained in this
report. It is the important aspects of the services which helps to gain the effective services and
good wealth services to the effective training goals. It is the another way of taking good things in
terms of new goals and planning.
Critical understanding of the reasons behind individual and groups vulnerability within health
and social care services
Health care is an important goal of the NHS but its is the big concern for them that
vulnerable groups in the population have poorer access than others. It founds that there are many
factors which influenced vulnerable groups through which people get disadvantage when they
seek services(Understanding issues, 2000). it is widely seen that vulnerable group of people
having black and minoprity ethinc background through which company get negative affects rom
the socity.Vulnerable group are mostly covered from uncertain risk and factors, they effect
poverty, disease, lack of proper environment. Various social care and health care centres are
provide facilities to those groups in order to take care of the poorer individuals in order to take
care of them. There are various factors which influence access to health care for vulnerable
groups in terms of getting low services from the issues. Such problems arise due to obesity and
smoking. On that basis they judged unsuitable for some forms of care. The main aim of the
social care services or NHS is to give quality services to the people who are in need. Vulnerable
groups or people does not have adequate safeguards or are at risk (Understanding issues, 2000).
This is the effective proper needs to make good things which needs to be done properly or
effective. Besides, rich people take advantage for their money on that basis they take rights of
vulnerable group. This makes people vulnerable in social health care services. It makes
challenging and proper interns of good things. Due to lack of enough funds they make vulnerable
groups. Another main terms is to get the best effective process of working (Understanding issues,
2000). On the other hand, there are some situations and circumstances in which individuals or

groups comes under the risk such as less able to avoid them, social health services sometimes
avoid people due to which their risk factor has been increasing more rapidly. On the basis of
which social care services needs to take step in terms of fulfilling the needs of effective sources
in terms of providing good source. Due to unhygienic environment and improper food people
becomes vulnerable which covers from risk factor. This makes people weak and uncertain.
Besides this, social care sector has responsibility to take effective step in terms of providing good
health services to the people according to their needs (Beaumont and et.al., 2016.). It makes
people strong and effective. Service providers’ should be cautious about health and safety of
individuals. It makes people effective and impressive in terms to maintained the good healthy
environment. There are also need to adopt good techniques and terms to take care of people who
are not able to find out the ways for maintaining health. Social vulnerability refers to the
inability. Vulnerable people also feel alienated and umcomfortable with the way health care
services are provided and organised(Mills, Wand and Fraser, 2015). Vulnerable people are not
capable enough to reduce their risk due to lack of ineffective process. It is the ineffective and
necessary task in order to meet the objectives. The main purpose of NHS is to give effective
medical services to the people to make the target effective and process. Along with that, it were
also makes sure that effective health care environment may reduce the vulnerability among
individual (Borgstrom and Walter, 2015). Besides, on the other hand this environment gives
negative impact on the behaviour of people. It gives new challenges and ineffective process of
working. Vulnerable people are the people who doesn't afford their medical expenses in order to
grab the health care services. Which helps to organiser effective working process in order to
make the health and wealth economy. Besides, some health care organisation cannot properly
look upon their issues due to which they get less response from health care organisation.
There are some factors which affect vulnerability factors such as childhood, older people,
ethnicity, gender
Childhood
Children and young people who are largely diverse group who are users of health
services. They benefit from a range of screening and vaccination. In order to take care the health
of people parents are the foremost guardian for the children which makes good changes in the
behaviour of children.
Older people

Older people needs a special care in order to grow health services. Professional also need
to taker care of older people which is very necessary for them.
The responsibilities of different professionals to adhere to positive practices
In order to perform the duties and responsibilities, it is necessary to adhere with the
objectives and duties together in terms of effective process of working (Beaumont and et.al.,
2016). Along with that, in order to protect the environment in order to make the effective
environment tools. Professional are the main key source to protect the environment within health
sector. Every department and individual has different responsibility or work to provide effective
services.. In health care organisations professional must be skilled and educated as per the
position (Christiansen and et.al., 2015). In order to protect the effective management tools. It
keeps the environment safe and secure. Professionalism scrutiny across the health and social care
profession. Its main aim is to take care of service users. Professionals should have positive
attitude towards their works. Some professional or individuals are taking its job in different
manner. This gives negative impact on the behaviour of people. Doctors have responsibility to
take care of health related problems by implementing the best possible methods.(Efstathiou and
Ives, 2017). On the other sides, some doctors may take bribe for the treatment due to which they
become corrupt and disguise their patient. Due to this negative effect vulnerable people or group
comes under uncertain situations. It gives negative impact on the overall social care services.
Besides this, Nurses are the another professions of social care services. Their responsibility is to
take care of about regular medicines, regular check-up of the patient. They also take care of
individual's normal health check-up. In order to ensure overall health they stay in touch with
service users (Borgstrom and Walter, 2015). They should be well educated in their field along
with respective skill and knowledge. It is very difficult to identify the demonstrates poorer access
to health care for poorer people. One of the reason may be health care services may not be
enough for vulnerable people. Through which they have been increasing in rapid growth. There
is the need of health care services for the people who really needed.
Ethical Environment
Ethical environment gives new effective approaches in terms to perform the task. It gives
new effective environment to perform the specific work (Nixon and et.al., 2016). Health care
services must have to adopt ethical environment in the firm or organizations. (McSherry and

et.al., 2017). Negative and unethical environment leads to service users' dissatisfaction in terms
of behaving less effective cost. Nurses, care workers, doctors, chemist, etc. have to adopt proper
ethical code of practice to become efficient professionals. Along with that also very necessary
for service providers to keep the health safe and secure from uncertainties. Professional in health
care organisation responsible for their duties in terms of giving the best health care services.
Professionals have nor rights to adopt inequality among individuals on the basis of status. They
need to treat everyone same and give equal treatments to everyone. Due to having less education
and low income more vulnerability ration is increasing.
Ethical environment helps to create professional environment health care sector. On the
other side, it is the responsibility of professional to take care the needs of individuals and
provides best services in order to reduce country health services. Every professional in heal;th
care industry should liable to adopt positive practice in term of providing satisfactory work and
services to the patients (Christiansen and et.al., 2015). They all are responsible to take care the
regular body check-up. Enable them with the health care services. It helps to reduce health issues
and gives positive environment. Besides, doctors, nurse, midwifery, care taker all having legal
education backgrounds in order to take the cases and health issues. It helps to protect the life of
human being in order to make the changes. It also makes the proper efficiency level in terms of
adopt better health services in the business environment.
Participation
Participation of service users is very important to recover them as soon as possible .It is
the responsibility of service providers to have healthy relationships with the patients for making
process easier and effective. Professionals are always dedicated and motivated towards their
work. They must respect their rights and dignity worth of peoples (Millar, Freeman and
Mannion, 2015). Social care workers needs to provide health environment in order to maintained
the positive practice in the environment. Like adopt different activities in terms of take
participation of the individuals in order to make healthy.
Social workers or Professionals Rights
Being a professional worker in social health care sector , it is the responsibility of the
social care services is to give the best effective process in terms of getting the best possible
outcomes. It helps to perform things in perfect form.. Moreover, the main objective of the
organisation is to give the best possible action in terms of better services (Mills, Wand and

Fraser, 2017). In Some responsibilities of social care workers in health care sector are
mentioned below:
Establish safe and supportive relationship
Being professional in health care services it is the responsibility of professionals to
support the service users. It provides healthy relationship between patient and service providers
(Professional boundaries in social work and social care, 2018). This helps to keep the
environment safe and systematic. On the other hand, due to discrimination and inequality
between peoples they get hurt from those activities and feel discomfort to communicate with the
doctors. Change and uncertainty create anxiety which will be unsafe for the service users. Social
care workers needs to support vulnerable people by offering or providing safe and secure
environment. On the other side, it also needs to take care of needs and wants of the individual
person in order to take care of effective management techniques. They need to provide healthy
food and hygienic environment in terms to stable their needs and wants.
To ensure good practices while maintaining client’s trust
It is another responsibility of professionals who are working in the social care services. It
gives great impact on the behaviour of clients. It also helps to practice professionalism in the
organisations (Mills, Wand and Fraser, 2017). Client trust is very necessary to meet the goals and
objectives of social care organisations. Sometimes, due to abuse and misbehave dissatisfaction
may be there among clients. This gives negative impressions to the environment of the

make bond with clients again. Professionals are always very attentive towards the client services.
To ensure team coherence
Professionals need to work together in a systematic manner. They need to give effective
ways of working in terms of good quality. In terms of getting the objectives task in terms of
more experience it is going to be the foremost task for the organisations. In order to beat the
needs of the clients they have to provide effective services. In terms of getting more new
existence. Due to lack of coordination professional are not able to perform their job in
systematic manner which ultimately dissatisfy the services users (Nixon and et.al., 2016).

in practice, 2016). Company have to provide hygienic and effective services to the users in order
to make the task more effective. The Best quality care varies across the country. NHS has
adopted all policy drivers through which they protect the environment and service users.
Compassion in practice was built on the values of the 6 Cs . They are: care, compassion,
communication, courage, competency and commitment. In order to adopt practices of
compassion in the social care sector workers has to follow the practices given below:
 Helping people to stay independent and helps to sustain the effective working health
outcomes.
 Provides best experience with whom they working with in social care services.
 They must provide best care services to service users to keep them satiated (Robinson
and et.al., 2016).
 Delivering high quality services to enhance the effectiveness of organisation.
 Ensure patient or service users about the appropriate staff
 Support staff members with correct guidelines.
On the basis of changing health care demands service providers needs to adopt the best
possible effects in order to get the best possible implementation in terms of the best possible
task. Health care services are needs to adopt effective changes in order to provides the best
possible outcomes in terms of provides quality services (Rowland and Kuper, 2018). With the
help of compassion policy better services can be provided. In order to adopt positive
environment service providers needs to adopt good practises with service users and make them
feel positive and healthy. Besides, health care organisations needs to make good changes and
provides healthy services to vulnerable people to reduce their risk (Sacco and et.al., 2015). NHS
provides free services to the service users who are in need. Compassion practice divide into the
best possible range in terms of providing diverse service care to patients. They devised and
implemented the services in terms of in partnership, primary and secondary care, public
healthcare, education, midwifery, social care-staff, mental health, learning disability, children
and young people. Compassion practise is the worldwide strategy being adopted by different
social care centres (Scammell and et.al., 2017).

Role of the professionals in order to ensure the safety of service users
Maintaining the safe and secure environment is very important for health care
organisations. It provides the best possible task to make sure about the good services and healthy
environment. Every individual has some responsibility to accomplish the target.in uncertain
situation and challenging environment aTetley and et.al., 2016 Management team have to ensure
the safety of service users. They have to adopt the best possible steps to safeguard the interests
of patients. It is the responsibility of HR manager to adopt health and safety measures for
patient’s safety. Professionals like doctors, chemist and other specialise needs to avoid errors in
the working to ensure safety (Rowland and Kuper, 2018). They have to adopt proper treatment
and techniques for proper working. Moreover, sometimes due to unskilled staff patient
dissatisfaction level can be increased which gives negative impact on the work. Health care is
the second fast growing sector in US. Besides, Nurses is the another largest occupation in this
industry. In order to handle challenges, NHS has adopted some strategic process or techniques
through which they are giving better treatment to the service users, e high turnover ratio is an
another challenge for this sector. It gives less effective growth in terms of better services.
Professional needs to adopt occupational health and safety, workplace health promotion, social
and lifestyle determinants of health and environmental health management to maintain the
standards of service. (Mills, Wand and Fraser, 2017). There are many designations in health care
organisational such as nurses, caretakers, care workers, doctors, chemist, midwifery, pharmacy,
psychology, dentistry, HR manager etc. every individual needs to obey their duties and rights in
order to sustain the safe environment.. It is another main objective of the persons serving in
health care sectors.
Roles of professionals in health care services.
Doctors
Doctors play an important role to take care of individual’s health . Doctors need to adopt
proper techniques as per the requirement of situation. This makes the effect full environment in
terms to adopt the best possible outcomes (Rowland and Kuper, 2018). On the other side, they
need to adopt the best possible outcomes and possible task to fix the uncertain situations, doctor
facing the issues of patient behaviour and wrong treatment with the service suers. Before, taking
any final decision doctor needs to diagnose the whole case of service users (Laird and et.al.,

2015). On the other sides, doctors may facing the issues of lack of advanced technologies
without which they facing delay in treatment. This is the best possible outcomes they need to fix.
Nurses
Nurses are another professional in health care organisations to provide different types of
services. They help to provide better environment in these sectors. They may face challenges due
to patient’s rude behaviour and rigidity to follows the instructions. Some patients are very rude
and strict butnurses have to behave properly with them . They ensure healthy services to the
users. It is the responsibility of Nurse to take care of patients . (Nixon and et.al., 2016).
Social workers
Social worker role is to understand what is happening in the system. They help to
understand and resolve all the issues prevailing in these sectors. They may be emotional, social
or practical. Along with that, it gives high scenario in terms of getting the best effective services.
The main role of social worker is to adjust the changes for having good environment in the
health care centres (Rowland and Kuper, 2018).
Ways s in which practitioners provide compassionate care.
Compassion is the term which is useful to describe as sensitivity to distress together with
the commitments. It is a positive term to provide the best effective process or working for better
treatment of the patients. On the other hand, due to negative behaviour and uncertain situations
professionals may face trouble while treating people. It gives the best possible ways to adopt
positive environment to the service users. Compassion is very helpful to treat health problems
with fast recovery. It also helps to improve the staff efficiency level by enhancing the
individuals' capacity and working performance. It also helps to enhance the compatibility
between professionals and service users (Robinson and et.al., 2016)., it is not possible to adopt
compassion all the time due to some negative effects. But there are some individual factors that
affect the capacity of the individuals (Millar, Freeman and Mannion, 2015). There are various
ways through which practitioners provides compassionate care. Health care services
professionals helps to implement different approaches and methods for efficient working
(Rowland and Kuper, 2018).
Enabling compassion
Compassion practice adopts three components to analyse self esteem, kindness, common
humanity, mindfulness etc. They helps professional to adopt the best possible treatments.

Another way to provide compassion in terms of getting best service users facilities (Robinson
and et.al., 2016). On the other hand, it helps to get good experience for ensuring the best possible
outcomes in the favour of service users. Good team relation also helps to sustain the growth of
the organistaion by fulfilling the needs of service users. Compassion is the positive term for
getting good satisfaction level from professional. Compassion care provides care home and
hospital health services in terms of getting the best possible task. Professional provides excellent
services to users in the best possible manner. Compassion care services includes spiritual
counselling, medical treatment, psychological support and benefits in order to get best output .
(McSherry and et.al., 2017).

necessary to treat the people effectively. . Social voluntary organisations help to provide health
care services in order to meet the needs of individuals. Present report discussed about the role of
