1. Introduction
a. Brief overview
Non-Governmental organizations that is better known as NGO plays essential role
globally. The leading aims of every NGO are same, that is supporting the helpless, or being
helping hand either for a child or for women. The non government organization nominated for
the assigned is Miracle of God Foundation. The objective of the foundation is to support children
who are below the poverty level. The annual revenue that company earns from its activity are
they used for the helps and education of the children.
The responsibility of a volunteer of this NGO is to protect the children. Take care of their
education and also take care of their education and other interests such as painting, singing,
dancing etc. The global poverty cannot be resolved with a blink of eyes but this NGO has taken
an initiative or forwarded step towards such activities. The final contract needs to be set followed
by bidding, tendering and final negotiation. All the involved parties should agree to the contract
and agreement.
b. Necessity of services
In order to initiate such project, some services that are very essential includes raw
material to design and develop the NGO infrastructure. There has to be teachers, staffs,
governess and other helpers who will take care of the children 24 hours. Some of the associates
will be permanent and some will be hired temporarily. In order to beginning this project besides
human resources physical resources are also very important. Bed, table chairs, toilet setup,
classroom setup, playground for the children etc. It is assumed that if all thenecessary acions are
