ABSTRACT

schools. This study also helps to know the various challenges that students are facing during their
online classes. How the small group getting benefits during the online study. This report also
includes the motivation of the study during the online study in the pandemic of covid-19
situation. as well this project also shows how the parents are dealing with the situation of online
classes. Apart from this how one to one learning giving the advantages to the students.

INTRODUCTION
The cross-cultural research refers to the study that includes the systematic comparison of
the different cultures that has aim and objective to understand the differences of the human
behaviour as this id influenced by the cultural context (Helmreich and Merritt 2019) As well as
cross cultural studies share the method of similarity of the other scientific study of the research.
This also includes the research method that have the specific social practices such as behaviour,
child rearing practices and the study that includes the number of different cultures. Now, in the
context of impact of covid 19 on students learning experience.

challenges have you faced as a student both dealing with schoolwork and home tasks ?
According to the viewpoint of the author greag kearsely 2021, there are many challenges
faced by the students everywhere as the students try to navigate this new world. The students
have flexibility as they can study and learn freshly, the students can perform well in their virtual
medium of the study (Apostol, 2020.) As the students are facing the absence of the human
interaction as well as the social community, the face to face school and environment gives the
students an opportunity to involve with their batch mates. This also help the students to sustain
their friendship outside of their schools and to help to contribute the welfare and wellbeing of the
others. As well as this impact on adapting to a changed home environment as parents and the
children work together and can study and play together at home. Apart from this getting used the
rule and regulations of learning in a virtual mode. This establish the routine and help to find the
peaceful area of space during study. This also increase the temptation of virtual distraction that is
the novelty of being to connected online and can distract the children by promoting them to use
the other website in order to attend the online classes (Arora, . and Srinivasan 2020). Although, this
also impacts the child health because the students are spending the maximum times on their
screen for studying this can give the impact on the student’s eyes also it gives sometimes the
headache and bad posture.

many benefits for the students that wants flexibility while attending their classes in an online
mode. There are some advantages that includes the, this provides the ability to take course
according to the schedule of the students this did not disturb the student on their daily routine
