INTRODUCTION
As it is known tourism is one of the largest sector of economy in the world. Cruising is
the fastest growing sector in tourism. It make an effective contribution to local, regional and
economic organizations. It is basically a voyage on ship which could be done for the purpose of
chill-out in free time to refresh mind from daily life activities. In 1844, P&O firstly introduced
passenger cruising from England to Cairo founded by Arthur Anderson. The first luxury cruise
ship named Prinzessin Victoria Luise was built in 1900 by Hamburg-America Line. This report
is about the experience of different people in tourism and environment of cruise. It will also
involve what innovations are there in cruise industry and what is the management style there.
The report is also contain a personal reflection about what is the live experience of travelling in
cruise ship, what are facilities or management there and how actually innovations are there in
cruise industry.

Until a person experience a vacation in a Cruise, it seems to be risky as there are
hundreds and thousands of people at a huge ship in the middle of the ocean. But there are enough
things to do for fun such as: visiting beautiful destinations, clubbing, dining at a celebrity chef-
affiliated restaurant, surfing the internet and many more. People feel safe and secure there. They
chose Disney Fantasy for spring trip with there children. People experience a neat, clean and
healthy atmosphere there. They feel relaxing getaway by chilling in pool, having luxurious
dinner, having personal balconies, spa, lounge and having the best times for their kids. The
rooms there are well furnished in reasonable price with no complaints(Paiano, Crovella and
Lagioia, 2020). The service there is so amazing either it is cleaning or sanitizing.
Experience economy model
People in today's generation are often searching for something adventurous. It is the
concept refers to the experience of people which they get after spending their money at any
thing. This give them the opportunity to feel the live and real experience. They become able to
get in touch with the local people and this will help them to enhance their knowledge about any
place they visit. Cruise could also be used by people for such experience as people experience
