The aim of this report is to focus on the global importance system implementation that
will help in the development of the business market. The organization chosen for this report is
Crystalnix, New Zealand. The organization is basically an IT based company. The report focuses
on the strategy that is used for managing the global information and that are shared along with
the CIO of the organization. This will also include managing the operational efficiency of that
can be achieved with the Crystalnix organization. Apart from this the report will focus on the
implementation of Big Data analytics associated with the organization. The report has explained
the big data implementation within the organization properly. Apart from this the report will also
discuss the major limitations of big data. The future expectations of the organization is also being
discussed in this report. Lastly the report will propose a recommendation for implementing the
big data within the organization Crystalnix.
About Crystalnix
Crystalnix is an IT based company that was developed in the year 2008 by two C++
developers, Dmitry Lyfar and Roman Kudiyarov. The company is having its headquarter in
Auckland, New Zealand. The main focus of the organization is to develop website and mobile
application towards the company. However, the organization has gained maximum benefit with
the product services provided towards the customer. The company also provides information
regarding technology services and telecommunication services that are offered by the
organization. Apart from this it becomes important to manage the IT security services and media
management that are related to the applications offered by the organization. The main objective

of the organization is to know the needs of their customer and deliver products according to their
needs. However, with the implementation of big data analytics it becomes easy to create a
blueprint vision for the market of Crystalnix. The organization is focusing entirely on providing
a cloud solution to other companies and other users associated with the market. The organization
is serving the clients through New Zealand and Australia. The company is looking for expanding
their business in neighboring country so that they can spread all over the world. In addition to
this the company is also offering several IT solutions throughout the country (Barkham, Bokhari
and Saiz 2018). The organization has the capability to make relationships properly with the other
marketing companies. The organization officials need to start with informal chat so that clients
will be able to discuss about business issues.
Part 2: Infrastructure of IT and emerging technology
2.1 Organization’s current IT infrastructure
The information system within the organization needs to be developer properly so that it
can be beneficial for the present-day New Zealand (NZ) society. This helps in identifying the
infiltration and immersion of data innovation that are associated with the frameworks within the
proficient, social, political and government circles in the society of New Zealand. This report
will address the positive impacts and negative impacts that are associated with the changes in IT.
This influences the working of the organization in various parts of New Zealand society
(Assunção et al. 2015). However, it is observed that the profile of New Zealand workforce has
changed over past years with the new demand. This also includes new ranges of abilities and
influences new customers to work on difficult activities.

enhance IT aptitudes which are essential or crucial and required in the environment of today’s

will help to reach far entry of information technology inside the society of New Zealand and

information helps a lot in the expansion of the base of the client of the Crystalnix by providing

as considered on the account of the extension of business. The Company is noticed to have been
finding for expansion of its business so that they can be able to obtain and keep up an acute
access within the market. The method of large amount of information has been observed to aid in
providing a base of the client in the network. The need of life showcasing on the web has been
seen in showing advertisements of several items and administrations which are provided by the
organization. There is a possibility that Cyrstalnix may obtain a huge number of clients over the
stage of life online through Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. On the other hand, this construct
measure of the data approaching to the organizational database. In these lines the investigation of
the use of large amount of information provide help in concerning with this information and
breaking down in an appropriate manner. This helps in reducing the cost of promotion of the

organization. The main implication of information within the organization has been assisting in
providing a better path to deal properly with the observation, analysis and looking of the
information.
Earlier there have been a number of attacks which are committed with the use of large
amount of information in the Crystalnix. The main danger and threat associated with the large
amount of information has been clumsy and awkward information. It is seen that there has been
an increase in the quantity of information which are appearing from several sources. This
information includes two sorts. They are unstructured and organized information. Big data exam
mainly concentrates on only the organized information betraying the unstructured one (Reed and
Dongarra 2015). Therefore, the information which is unstructured should be removed physically
from the storage as it is seen to have an extra room with no use of it. The second attack integrates
capacity as well as the maintenance of data and information in the database. As it is seen that
information is appearing at a quick stride, stockpiling has been seen as a matter of concern in the

The third attack has been recognised with the prevention of data and information. Appearing of

utilization of information is among one of the significances of Big Data (Thorstad and Wolff
2018).
Big Data is utilized in these ways:
• Innovation of data and information for enhancement of recent logs security.
• Proper services to the sustainers in the industry, thus being profitable to them.
• Enrichment of management through customer’s online data’s acknowledgment.
• Recognizes online transfer market’s extortion.
• In monetary market, it appraises attacks by the dissection of data through exchanges.
3.2 Recommendation for the use of Big Data
With the use of big data in the organization the opportunities related to the organization
will get developed. In the organization Crystalnix, the reason behind big data is that it will
ensure proper growth of the business. This will help in increasing the level of the business and
will attract more customer. However, it is observed that the organization does not have any
proper strategy that will help in the development of the big data analytics in the Crystalnix. Thus,
it is suggested that development of big data analytics will help in developing a proper
relationship between the customer and the organization. With the use of big data analytics, the
organization will be able to focus on customer-centric outcomes in the market. However, it
becomes important for the organization Crystalnix to focus entirely on the services provided to

that are associated with the organization. This will help the organization to overcome the

concern raised by the customer and never bothered to evaluate their feedback. This was one of
the reasons behind the failure of maintaining proper relationship between the customer and
organization. Thus, it is suggested that implementing this strategy will help in developing a
string relationship with the customers.
It is observed that different sources are reporting the same concern related to the
management of information within the organization Crystalnix. The organization has gained
huge benefit with the use of big data analytics. This has offered the creation of blueprint within
the organization (Yin and Kaynak 2015). Organization should focus on analysis of information
and data associated with the organization. The company should also focus on improving the
growth of the approach so that they can help in proper maintenance of the organization.
Crystalnix needs to start with existing database that is present within the database. It helps in
examining the situation of real-world results that are obtained from customers.
Big data analytics are used for the purpose of providing feedback so that the customer
base can be developed properly without any error. Apart from this the organization needs to
focus on the financial services that are offered and needs proper promotional activities. Thus, it
is important to ensure that proper customer view is being gathered before declaring any results
(Hilbert 2016). Big data analytics helps in collecting the data and information after reviewing
the market conditions. The organization needs to maintain a proper database regarding the
customer information. Proper customer interaction needs to investigate the proper business

This will help in decreasing the marketing cost of the organization and will help in earning huge
profit. Big data analytics has helped in developing the industry into online marketing (Wang et
al. 2016). Big data analytics helps in providing proper security towards the data stored and will
help in maintaining proper data sheet for this. Big data analytics helps in enhancing the business
intelligence system within the company and ensures proper growth towards the organization.
Several number of implementation strategies involves risks that are need to be mitigated
at the organizational level. The main risk related to the big data analytics is that the datasets
stored within the system remains unorganized. The system has started receiving data from
number of resources. This data is in the form of structured and unstructured data. However, it is
observed that this becomes difficult to organize the unstructured data. Moreover, the big data
analytics entirely focuses on structured data and leave the unstructured data. Thus, it becomes
important to ensure that the unstructured data are manually removed from the database so that it
does not occupies extra space. Apart from this one of the major risks is regarding the storage and
data retention within the database (Hashem et al. 2016). Due to excessive number of data at the
input time, storage becomes a major concern. This became very difficult to control the situation
for the organization Crystalnix regarding the storage issue. The third risk that is faced within the

of data together. This lead to data breaches within the organization as the cyber attackers found it

organization to determine the impact of big data on the industry. The most important factor that
determines the working is related to the quality investment that is made towards the business.
The major performance indicators include determining the profit rate, customer service and cost.
Thus, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer planner to develop a better decision plan that
helps in analyzing the cost related to inventory and the efforts that are needed to be made. In
addition to this the company needs to ensure proper management of the human resources within
the organization (Li et al. 2015). Apart from this the second factor that helps in measuring the
impact of big data analytics is that they provide better speed. With the speed in decision making
the system will help in measuring the impact of analytics within the organization Crystalnix.
This will help the organization in determining the approaches that helps in optimizing the
decision making within the Crystalnix. Apart from these the big data analytics has helped in
enhancing the decision-making system within the organization and allows to provide proper
service towards the customers. Robustness is another factor that effects the decision-making
process (Richtárik and Takáč 2016). Apart from the external attacks there are several types of
digital attacks that can limit the upgrading security conventions of the organization. In order to
ensure proper safety towards the organizations system Firewalls and antiviruses can be
implemented so that the database can be kept intact without any interference. This will help in
destructing the destructive infections that has the capability to affect the information system.

From the above report it can be stated that with the implementation of big data analytics
in an organization great benefits can be achieved. With the use of big data different opportunities
are being generated every day. Thus, this will help the organization to overcome the existing
challenges and will be able to move to high level. The organization will be benefited with the
huge information and will help the organization in reaching to a next dimension level. Crystalnix
needs to be address proper investigation on big data so that they can be accessed by the
organization at any time. Apart from these it becomes important to analyses the big data so that
they can be used properly for the purpose of associations. The organization is having main
concern with building proper relationship with the clients. Clients are the main factors that are
needed to be taken care of properly. The organization failed to evaluate the large number of data
that got generated by their clients and customers. This became one of the main reasons behind
adapting towards the big data.
It is observed that different types of information and data are approaching towards the
organization Crystalnix. Thus, the pressure over the organization becomes important as the need
to handle the situation became urgent. The organization lacked huge data execution that are
needed to be performed properly. The main objective of the organization is to know about the
desires of clients in the market and offering them proper services. It is important for the

Recommendation
Securing computational Code
In order to protect the system of the organization from malicious information it becomes
important to ensure that the proper examination is done for the computational code. This will
prevent the malicious codes from entering the system and will alarm the system about the effect
it will create. For avoiding this type of conditions, it is essential to use proper techniques that
will help in controlling the effect of untrusted codes on system and on vital information. This
will restrict the malicious code from getting into big data set. Primarily there are two types of
anticipating attacks, this are anchoring the activity of mapper and hosting the information at a
certain level where the mapper can access it.
Implementing proper Input Validation along with Filtration
In order to filter the services provided by the system it becomes important to separate the
