Topic- To analyze effectiveness of CSR & partnership in resolving social problems in context of retail organizations of UK: A study on Tesco Background CSR means as an entity’s commitment in managing social, economic and environmental impacts of its business activities responsibly & in line with an expectation of public. It is counted as part of an enterprise approach towards corporate governance & often touches each business part that includes HR, production, supply chain and health or safety. Partnership between corporations & NPOs are increasingly seen as prominent component of CSR execution. The present study os based on Tesco, a leading retail sector company operating with its superstores and grocery shops in UK. Furthermore, the study presents deep insights towards efficacy of applying CSR practices in business through creating partnership with non-profit company across the globe.
