INTRODUCTION
Business law is framework of rules, regulations in form of agreements, domestic and
international laws and conventions which govern the commercial matters of the organisation. It
is also known as corporate law, commercial law and mercantile law. It helps the company to
promote social welfare and social justice as it is their social responsibility to hold good position
in the market. The UK business law aims to promote CSR and its legislation is made to serve
the mankind. The social welfare is the responsibility of every citizens and it secure the general
interest of every individual. For proper running of the organisation business law plays an
important role as it govern the business of the organisation (Bouzouitina, et.al 2021). This essay
discussion detail about the corporate social responsibility. It considered as a conceptualization of
the management of companies while amalgamate the conception or arena of environmental and
social issues in corporate operations and the relationship of organisation with their shareholders
and partners. Such responsibility consist of the human rights, economic, philanthropic and
environmental responsibility.

Corporate social responsibility considered as as self regulation of businesses with the
purpose of fulfilling social accountability which helps in developing positive image of the
organisation in the society. With this purpose the concept of corporate social responsibility
introduce by the company. It also practise by considering the environmental friendly, promoting
gender equality, eco-consious, inclusion at workplace, diversity, treating employees with respect,
pay back to the society and last ensuring decision relating to business ethically. Earlier the
practice of corporate social responsibility made by the company on voluntary basis. Later on
with the advancement of technologies, continuous exploitation of natural resources and
neglecting the responsibility towards nature and mankind the practices of CSR become
mandatory for each organisation. Recently there are various international, national and regional
frameworks are laid down in context to corporate social responsibility (Cvenkel, 2018). However
there are several organisation which practice corporate social responsibility beyond the legal
framework by introducing the concept of dealing good in their business model.

INTRODUCTION
Business laws are those legislations that deals with process of establishing an business
organization in a country. These laws helps in developing framework that leads towards
accomplishment of goals and objectives. Further business laws also deals with commercial and
corporate activities thus known as corporate laws. Ethical laws are the laws that deals with basic
structure of an organization helping in developing order and discipline within it. These laws are
based upon ethical code of conduct. Both ethics and business law studied with various laws like
employment, contract and company law which helps organization attain sustainability within
market. In this essay corporate social responsibility is discussed in relation to statement, issues
regarding corporate social responsibility is explained. In the end significance need of CSR has
been discussed.

Corporate social responsibility
This is based upon management taking place within an organization that is done in
relation to social, environmental and economic concerns. These are able to enhance business
operations with various perspectives existing within society. Also these practices has been
forming balance through making an organization's goodwill developed within the market. CSR
makes an organization deal with issues taking place within society. CSR also makes an
organization develop relation with community and individual's living in society. Further it helps
in enhancing social value of an organization leading towards achieving sustainability within
organizations working. Issue concerning CSR: CSR leads upon dealing with various
responsibility which makes engagement of stakeholders, environment, gender, equality, human
rights, community relation, anti corruption etc(López Jiménez and et. al., 2021). These areas
leads upon developing framework within an organization leading towards forming approaches
helps in enhancing decision making leading towards positive change formed within ethical rules
and regulations of an organization. There are various perspectives that is covered within
corporate social responsibility which are Economic responsibilities: these are based upon
developing stability within economic condition of an organization. As per this profit and revenue
generation is focused upon. Also through this employment opportunities is generated within an
organization providing jobs to local and community people. This is contributes towards positive
