INTRODUCTION
Professional job is career that need a particular amount of advance education and training. Professional jobs include
accountants, lawyers, authors, doctor, scientists and teacher etc. If a company is globally established then they have to focus on
CSR so it helps them to expand their business more effectively (Advantage, 2020). This report will highlight the challenge or
issue which company face in global market such as corporate social responsibility and also explain code of conduct that can be
assists in addressing the issue. Moreover, this report also will discuss guidance and support available from the CSR relevant
professional bodies and their positive and negative impact on the community and the company.

CSR as an ethical issue
Corporate social responsibility is self-regulating model which help company to be socially accountability to the public,
their stakeholder and itself (Nicolaides., 2018). It refers as the activities that undertaken by a business to operate in a
environmentally , social, and economic in proper manner (Carroll, and Brown., 2018). CSR helps both the brand image of the
organization and the society. An organization is to be responsible socially, their first requirement is to be accountability to
shareholders and itself (Crowther, and Seifi, eds., 2018). Organizations that accept Corporate Social Responsibility programs
have frequently grown their business or operation to the point where the company can give back to the society. Corporate
social responsibility is a strategy that is implement by the larger organizations. For example, the Starbucks company has been
known for their sense of CSR and commitment and sustainability welfare (Yadav., 2020). Company focus on three essential
elements such as supporting government and health officials in their attempt to positive effects' company. Privatizing the
health of their employees and customers and showing up for the communities by positive and responsible actions (Bowrey, and
Clements., 2019). If company acting in a responsible and sustainable way, then it gives some positive impact such as follows:
Access finance, investers are likely to invest in reputed business (Tangngisalu., and et.al., 2020)
