INTRODUCTIONIn order to make successful operations within the business environment, organisation isworking to fulfil each customer requirement and needs. Apart from this, there are also somepeople who not getting effective benefits and outcomes within the business environment andmarket (Dale, Bamford and van der Wiele, 2016). As results, Corporate Social Responsibilityneeds to carry at workplace for developing results and performances at workplace. This isbecause; society is facing various issues that create problems to take responsibility and outcomesin effective manner. Business facing issues to satisfy them at workplace and to demonstrateeffective services to improves their standard of living. In addition to this, government also madesome advantages to dealing with outcomes and performances at workplace which developprofitability at results at workplace (Aronson, Shenhar and Patanakul, 2013). With the help ofsuch CSR activities, the business can comply, and accomplish results and performances ineffective manner. This activity also assists to make sustainable objectives within theorganisation. In this context, present study is based on Qbic hotel which is small size organisation andprovides different types of services in London to satisfy customer. For gaining insight knowledgeof the company, present report covers techniques and such methods to provide effective servicesin the hotel industry. Furthermore, it is also cover responses of each person at workplace to attaintargets and goals within the enterprise. Moreover, it includes aims and objectives to attainpositive results within the enterprise. TASK 1P1 Project aims and objectives CSR activity is not only beneficial for welfare of society of the organisation, but it is alsocreates advantages to enhance productivity and outcomes at workplace. This assists todemonstrate various positive advantages within the business environment which makeprofitability and positive outcomes. Every enterprise carries this activity for attain positivelyeach person at workplace (Goh, Sabnani and Tan, 2015). Qbic hotel is small and medium sizeenterprise, so that they are continuous trying to attract potential customer towards the businessand its operations. It can also beneficial to promote the products and services, of the company.With the help of carry different types of activity, the company can make their goodwill which

assist to attract more customer towards the business enterprise. As results, goodwill alsodemonstrates through CSR activity within the business unit of Qbic hotel. In addition to this, the chosen enterprise can focus on benefits which make profitabilityand effective results at workplace (Razalli, Ringim and Hassan, 2015). There are certainpromotional advantages also take place which make effective results and outcomes in Qbic hotel.Therefore, the company can make long term targets which assist to attain goals and objectives inthe organisation. Topic: CSR activities which assist to promote business products and services.Background of the project:Main aim of this project is to focus on CSR activity which promote to Qbic hotelproducts and services. In this aspect, sustainable objectives are demonstrates at workplace whichassist to meet with targets and positive outcomes. With the help of following this activity, thechosen business give their participation to enhance GDP of the nation as results, they will easilyattain competitive advantages at workplace. Promotion of goods and services are includedachievement of more customers towards the business operations (Razalli, Ringim and Hassan,2015). In present time, at workplace such issues are arising which creates many problems forattract potential customer towards the company. Thus, the chosen company require focus onactivities which assist to solve the business issues and problems within the business environment.They are facing problems, because the company not focusing on each customer demand andrequirement. As results, it is important to make sustainable targets at workplace through targetscan be ascertain within the business environment. In this way, government make certain rulesand regulations for Qbic hotel to support it systematic way (Dale, Bamford and van der Wiele,2016). It is very essential to make easy task through demonstratein different activity. It assists to achieve goals and objectives of Qbic hotel. As results, productsand services can be promoted at workplace easily. Another advantage for breaking the structureconsider reducing cost for each activity so that goals and targets can be achieve at workplace insystematic way. The company can also easily monitor each element and activity that createadvantages for promote products and services at workplace.
