• It has been observed in the current researches that consumers in the current
time period and the corporate stakeholders are becoming conscious in
accordance to the society and the environment.
• According to Hsueh, (2015), supply chain management needs to be taken care
of in a planned manner and needs to be placed in the core of the competitive
assessment of an organization.
• It is due to this fact that most of the organizations have already undertaken
strategic alterations and movements towards green supply chain by redefining
the product and service concepts, redesigning the process of supply chain
activities and product life cycle and incorporate the current international
standards (Paulraj et al., 2017).

• Q1. How does green supply chain management have an impact on CSR and sustainability?
• Q2. How can real time secondary data assist in understanding the significance of green
supply chain management and awareness among the companies?
• Q3. What sort of strategic alterations are incorporated by the companies in order to
effectively maintain green supply chain management?
• Q4: How planning of supply chain management could be made for ensuring competitive
advantage?
• Q5: What are the possible ways through which the organisations could provide proper
training to their employees by keeping the cost under control?
• Q6: What are the possible recommendations that would help the business organisations in
ensuring corporate social responsibility and sustainability with the assistance of green supply
chain management?

Methodology
• In accordance to this topic secondary data source will be
considered in order to have an understanding of the selected topic.
The significance of green supply chain management has been
studied by various previous researchers and hence those studies
will be considered as well in order to complete this research.
• Quantitative approach will be considered where the recorded data
will be transformed in charts and graphical forms with the help of
which sustainability and CSR with the help of green supply chain
management can be understood in a better way.
