Introduction
 Corporate Social responsibility(CSR) defines
company commitment towards managing
their operations effect in favouring to
environment, social and economic culture.
 CSR generally form a balance between social
and corporate culture that helps the company
in performing their task more significantly
with social concerns.

Identify a current problem
 In complying the CSR successfully in business company have to start with its internal working environment. The
workplace plays a major role in company operations. Hence, it is the responsibility of performing company to
create a healthy work culture for employee.
 In ASDA the main issue which is presenting in this presentation is the “poor and conservative working culture”.
 The mentioned company work culture is outdated and out form which arising the several issue in its operations.
The given firm lacking in developing the healthy and diversify work culture.
 Since, employee is the main key for company therefore it is the responsibility of given firm mangers to form a
ambient work environment for their employees (Burchell, 2020).

Analyse the causes of this problem
 The several causes of poor and conservative
working culture in ASDA that can be analysis in
below given points
 Unappropriated work environment- One of the
main reason for poor work culture in ASDA is due to
tactics and poisonous behaviour of seniors and upper
line Management team towards the bottom line
employee.
 Employee faced several issue and appropriate
comments from their seniors that affected their
mental piece of mind as well as physical health. As
stated in past ASDA employees resigned from the
company due to racial and unethical comment.

Present a potential solution to this problem
 By reflecting to concerning issue faced by ASDA in respect to pursue its CSR, “Promoting innovative and
creative workplace culture” would be potential solution to this problem.
 Modern techniques- By adopting the modern techniques over old techniques mangers of respective company
can perform their task more effectively and efficiently, it leads to help in generating the positive environment
in workplace.
 Employee oriented policy- The problems of employee exploitations that is shown in the above discussion can
be solved by applying the mentioned policy.
 Diverse work culture- The above policy welcomes the diverse work culture that means better opportunity for
every employee.

Conclusion
 From the analysis of above presentation it can be said that CSR plays a vital role in shaping the brand image of
chosen firm in between the society that succours into enhancing their operations. However, a severe problem
was faced by company mangers in applying the CSR in company functions.
 In instance, a potential solution was provided in above presentation that is “Promoting innovative and creative
workplace culture” That solved the major issue from respective firm operations.
 In last the strength and weakness of above strategy was also discussed that develops the overall scenario of
given solution. This further will help mangers in enhancing firm's productive approach towards the corporate
social responsibility.
