Introduction
The following report will address the various issues that will be very much important for
the sustainable development goals within the organizations. The corporate social responsibility
has been one of the major things that could be addressed to the organizations at the various
levels. As a staff working part on the innovation through the corporate social responsibility,
some recommendations will be discussed on how the organization could approach the
sustainable development goals (SDG). The proper CSR activities will be discussed in this paper
as well. The identification of the sustainable development goals will have to be identified and
some proper ways to implement them will be discussed properly (Tai and Chuang 2014).
The identification of CSR activities
The CSR activity that has been chosen to develop the SDG is that of no poverty in the
region. It is because the researches have shown that there are many families in the region that are
suffering from the poverty. Apart from the poverty, another aim of the organization would be to
eradicate the hunger from the region indeed (Tai and Chuang 2014). The organization operates in
an area where the lack of food has been a constant problem for a long time. However, it will be
very important to note that the organization will have to make some arrangements on how they
can cope up with those problems. The problems regarding the education and poverty will have to
be eradicated completely (Roy et al. 2015).
As per the researchers, it has been found that the effects of the malnutrition and poverty
have affected the children and women of the region in a very bad manner (Wagner and Disparte
2016). This is why they will have to make the proper study and survey to find out the exact
number of the people who have been affected by this curse of poverty. As a part of the CSR

activity of the organization, the managers should take up the responsibilities to cater to the
problems of these poor children indeed. They should tie up with the several non-Government
organizations who could provide the children and women with the proper food security and
improved nutrition within the area. It has been estimated that around 20 million children have
been affected by the poverty and malnutrition across Australia. The welfare of these children
should be refevled in their CSR activities positively (Roy et al. 2015).
The growing poverty in Australia and remedies
The evil of the poverty has been very much important since the overall GDP of the
country has been hampered largely because of it. The United Nations is also very much
concerned over the increasing poverty within Australia. This is why the organizations will need
to take some steps in order to end this since this will increase their brand reputation as well. All
the organizations should raise the funds for the sustainable development of the society (Griggs et
al. 2013). The operations of the organizations could be driven in a new way by this as well.
There are some ways by which the organizations could play the vital roles in swiping off the
poverty and malnutrition from the region. Some recommendations could be given on how to
implement the sustainable development goals (Wagner and Disparte 2016).
Recommendations
It has to be kept in mind that the employment challenges have also catered to the increase
of the poverty all over the world. This is why the organization must look after creating the job
opportunities for the youth and improving the economic condition of the country. In order to do
this they will have to think of some ways by which they could improve the situation.

The organizations will have to provide the sustainability of the resources in the best ways
that could be essential for creating the job opportunities for the youth (Griggs et al.
2013).
The organization can also decide to tie up with the various non-Government
organizations and find out the problems that are prevalent within the society. The
organization can also arrange to make some campaigns in the public that could provide
them with the opportunities to connect with the public (Biddle 2014).
The fundraising programs could be conducted by the organizational managers that would
be helpful to raise a good amount of money for the aid of those needed people (Le Blanc
2015).
The organization can make the attempts to organize some literacy programs and food
distribution campaigns for the people who are suffering from poverty in a bad way (Sachs
2012).
The population growth is taking place very rapidly. In order to cope up with it the
organization should try to provide the stakeholders with the right amount of the allocation
resources. These things will be highly important for the growth of economy in the region.
Organizations should use the bio-degradable resources by which they could cater to the
safety of the natural environment as well. These things will be beneficial for the
organization to environmentally sustainable (Sachs 2012).
In order to attain the sustainability development goals, the managers can opt to make
some arrangements for the health check up camps in the area they will operate (Rakodi
2014). The social risks will have to be managed by applying the proper theories and ask
the employees to contribute to that noble cause.

Conclusion
The paper can be concluded by saying that the hunger and poverty are the major
problems within the country. This is why the organizations should focus on eradicating the evils
pf property by working jointly. The employment diversification within the region should be
encouraged. The organization should look after the food supply within the region with the help
of their stakeholders. The education and poverty problems should be dealt with much
concentration as well. This is why the organizations must attempt to organize their CSR
activities that will cater to the benefits of society properly.
