INTRODUCTION
CSR is said to be a business model that supports both society and the image of the
company in the market. It refers to the broad concept that includes the social and environmental
concern in reference to the company ( Hur, Moon and Kim, 2020). The report is going to
highlight the role of CSR that is Corporate Social Responsibility that how is assists the
management practices as CSR helps in practising the corporate social responsibility on the
aspect of society, economical and social responsibilities (Jackson and et.al., 2020). The report
further explains the level of CSR presenting the response on organisation of 50-250 employees
that is medium-sized organisation. The company chosen for the project is Southern business
technology Ltd which is headquartered in England it provides the communication services. As
the world is changing,the companies are using corporate social responsibility that will lead to
enhance their public image in the market as the customers remember the brand by their good
actions in the community. As the customers feel proud and good when they avail services from
such companies.
TASKS/MAIN BODY
1. The level of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment assist a business with
their sustainable management practices
CSR is not only beneficial for the company only but it also contributes to the overall upliftmen
and betterment of the society. CSR is responsible for explaining the role of company's efforts to
improve the society as a whole that can be donating the money or it can be implementing
environmental friendly policies at the workplace. As it builds the trust of consumers because
customers like to spend money for those companies who are engaged in such activities that is
donating money or volunteering. By such activities the company can become more popular
among customers (Kim,2019). CSR also affects the positive relationships among the customers
and the community by bringing the healthier company and consumer relationships. The
employees also feel attracted and they choose to stay in the company as they feel engaged that
lead to keep them more productive It also saves the operational costs and the sales will also be
increased in the market. There are various type of CSR practises are available and the extent of
CSR practises are explained below-

Environmental Responsibility- This responsibility is related to the way in which the
company should behave in an environmental friendly manner and it can be said it is one
of the main form of CSR. Theses are linked with reducing the level of pollution, gas
emissions, use of plastics and many others. The companies are required to fulfil the
economic responsibility as the awareness of the environmental issues are important
among the customers ( Mao, 2021). Ethical Responsibility- This responsibility is related to make sure that the company is
operating in ethical manner with treating all with fair treatment of all the suppliers,
customers, investors, employees and many others. It also takes care of employees by
implementing the fair practises so that there will be no discrimination among the
employees on the basis of gender or pay.
Economic Responsibility-This responsibility is related to balance between business,
environmental and philanthropic practises. When the business is following the economic
responsibility so they prefer the good cause rather than making money. It affects the
customers in a positive manner that lead to influence the employee' satisfaction.
One of the main goal of the CSR is to make the company more sustainable by being more
socially responsible so that the carbon emission can be reduced and it will be recognized for
being the socially responsible company. Higher CSR is directly linked to the more customers and
the companies can promote the volunteerism to the present employees so that they can contribute
more to the non-profits activities. It is also understood that corporate social responsibility is not
mandatory to be followed but when the company uses it they become more socially
responsible .Business will also grow due to CSR as the cost will be saved by reducing the waste
and emissions by which the environment and money both will be saved (Wang,Hsieh and Sarkis,
2018).
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded from the above report that CSR is a way of regulating the business
that can support the company, its stakeholders and the society. CSR is responsible to increasing
the employees engagement and it improves the overall customer retention. The report further
explained the importance of Corporate Social Responsibilities that can be used by the business
in order to support the local and global communities. When the company allows it s employees
to volunteer while working hours for the good cause that helps the overall company by creating
