The purpose of this document is to draw attention to the cross-cultural diversity that exists among the following three groups: Asian Americans, African Americans, and Pacific Islanders. This paper also explains how these groups' outcomes in terms of their physical and mental health are impacted by cultural variety. Since the diverse population embraces a variety of cultural health beliefs, being culturally competent is crucial for the sake of healthcare. It is important to keep in mind that not every member of society holds the same ideas while considering the cultural shift in attitudes toward health and healing.
