Power Distance The score 90 shows clear
distinction between the roles
and this can be used to indicate
that she knows who is
responsible for what.
The lower score of only 30
depicts that there is no
differentiation which can be
ascertained from the
importance given to friends
and animals in his life.
Individualism The lower score of 30 shows
that society believes in
collectivism and she too
believes in sharing her joys
and taking care of everyone
that is associated to her (Ugrin,
Pearson and Nickle, 2018).
The high score of 39 shows
that they are extremely private
people and the fact that he
chose to not tell his parents
about his dreams shows his
resistance to depict his wish.
Masculinity versus Femininity Since the score is lower of 42,
it can be said that emphasis
more on the caring for others
and living a shard life which is
exactly how the first individual
is living her life.
The score is high of 66 and
this shows that he complied t
his father's desire of becoming
an entrepreneur rather than a
sportsperson.
Uncertainty Avoidance The high score of 90 depicts
that the rules are rigid and this
can be inferred form the strict
adherence to the family values
and traditions that the
autobiography of first person
clearly depicts.
The score of 35 shows that
they are more acceptable to the
surprises of the life and
therefore, the wish of his
parents was spontaneously
accepted by him, and he has
always believed to live at the
moment rather than planning
out.
Long term versus short term The middle rate of 52 shows The score here is 51 showing

that past and present are
integrated very well and
therefore his respect and love
for grandparents is equivalent
to his love for friends
(Polyvyanyy and et.al., 2016).
Indulgence The score is very low of 20
only and this shows that the
culture is restraining one and
does not give much emphasis
on expressing gratification and
this can be seen because she
faces complexities that arises

The score is very high at 69
and therefore his tendency to

case.
Similarities between both individuals
The normative model of culture can be used to illustrate the similarities that exist
between both the individuals and as the normative cultural mode indicates, the culture is a very
defining factors and the beliefs or the shared ideas between two individuals can be used to
ascertain and evaluate their personalities. The model illustrates that there are certain norms and
beliefs based on which the human nature and personality can be ascertained.
The one major defining factor in the current situation of the two cultural autobiographies
that were developed was the cultural belief that is shared by both of them (Davis, Hennes and
Raymond, 2018.). The first person was found to be a devout Christian and it was found that her
entire family believed in Christianity. They celebrated the Christmas festival and the Easter
festival with devout belief and also visited church on a regular basis.
Similarly, it was found that in the case of second person as well that he and his family
were also ardent believers and followers of the Christianity. They also visited church on a regular
basis and therefore, it can be concluded that this model is a significant framework to understand
the cultural belief of both the personalities (Conner And et.al., 2017). The Normative Cultural
