INTRODUCTION
Inter culture can be defined as the cross culture where the two culture are interacted and
blended . The cross culture is amalgamation of different race , ethics and culture and it is also to
carry out the effective and efficient culture . In this the different cultural people interact with
each other(Jones., 2018). The main objective is to be proficient in communicating the ideas and
thoughts in a effective way . In the organisation there are distinctive cultural people for the most
all of these the adaptation skill is required , the relationship and communication skills is required
in order to meet the goals and objectives . In this report the , the autobiography questionnaire and
numerous other factors influence in my own life is described . With regards to that the questions
from distinctive background fellow workers where the similarities are difference both are
described and the cultural framework has been used .

and interactive person . Who likes to talk to the each and every individual irrespective to their
age , race and the religion (Behari-Leak, 2019) . I like to interact and know the other culture as well
I am comfortable in working with the distinctive cultural person and confident enough to portray
and provide my thoughts without any hesitation . I strongly believe that the giving your best will
assists in achieving the goals and objectives . I agree with the equality and proper chance given
to all the employee and making their position in a organisation and neglecting and removing the
baisness of employee on the bias of their background (Rogers., 2018). The professionalism
approach should be used in the business as it will help in meeting the goals and objectives in a
longer term . I will agree with uncertain situations as they makes the task quite difficulty to crack
sometimes in comparison to known situation (Adamson., 2019). As the uncertainty and being
unknown any occurrence takes time to handle and overcome as for the known the mind is
prepared way earlier . There is the guiltiness and feeling of sadness when the work is not done or
if the deadline is missed as I feel the efforts of mine were not up to mark or to meeting work
requirements(Pennington., 2018). I don't have any room for uncomfortable and awkwardness as I
am a very extrovert and inquisitive person in nature who wants to experience every culture as I
am always open to the experiences .
