expectations of studying
for a degree in business
management
I have come to understand the
meaning of culture which refers to
the experience or characteristics of a
group or community that they share
with the members to understand the
world. I have learned Culture is a
way of understanding of ourselves as
an individual and as members of
societies which includes religion,
media, rituals, language and so on.
Therefore culture has a significant
role in my life because it influence
my views, values, humour hopes,
loyalty, fear and etc. Every person
has its own perspectives to see the
world differently.
The culture impact the behaviour and
actions of the students in the
classroom while interaction with the
teachers. I also get interacted with
my teachers where I got to know
about cultures in the classroom by
creating a learning environment
which are depicted as under:
Establish expectations: I create
high expectations so that I can shape
both the social and academic
achievements in the classroom. The
teachers set the high standard where
the student is bound to learn
throughout the year.
Encourage to have positive
interaction with each other: I have
educated myself in my academic to
be supportive with other people so
that the culture and the environment
of the class remain positive.
Therefore, I expect the culture and
behaviour for the degree of business

because it helps me in

and gives me more
confidence to work

up my skills and gain

understanding to
prepare for the

situation. I can explore
myself with the help of
learning and spark new
ideas which assist in
finding innovative
solutions to the
problems. Continuous
learning will show me a
successful path to
change my attitude
when I will become a
professional and able to
understand the situation

application: I will be
explicit because
whatever the
instructions and
guidance given to me
in the classroom so I
will be able to execute

movement. Therefore, I

concepts: I will focus

necessary to use
effectively to assist
myself while

The importance of peer-to-
peer support and team
working to enhance
learning experience
Peer to peer learning is a learning
technique which promotes
collaboration among the team
members to gain knowhow of
performing work. A learner provides
good understanding and information
from the concepts to answer the
critical problems. However, in my
academics I got to know the
importance of peer to peer working
which are described as under:
Teamwork: I enable myself to work
with a team which provides
motivation and boost up the
confidence level to solve the
problems and overcome the
challenges. I can share my ideas and
perspectives with the team and learn
from them as well.
Peer to peer feedback: It provides
me opportunity to share my feedback
over the learning skills and
knowledge that help me in
understanding to accept the new and

work. This learning help me to be
good team layer and assist me in
compromising to get the things done.
Gaining new perspectives: This
help me in enhancing my learning
experience by gaining different

An employee must be

smoothly. A mentor
can teach the new hire
about the work done so
that he may get able to
do such work. This will
jhelp the new employee
top cultivate the
knowledge and skills
with their colleagues
and mentor.
Use an on boarding
platform: A business
concern should provide
the on boarding
learning platform
where they can share
the important
information about the
company culture to the
payroll information.
This will help the
employees about the
company and feel more
comfortable. The
teamwork also allow
the employees to create
collaborative learning

I am able to think
critically which help me in

flexibility which help me
to adjust with the changing
environment.
I have lack of focus on the work due
to which I am not able to do my
work smoothly. This lack of focus
sometime fall me behind from my
peers and they are able to get their
goals in time.
My weakness is a fear of failure
which always come to my mind
while doing any work. It creates
negative mind set which doesn’t
allow me to go ahead to achieve the
set objectives and create Burden over
me.
