Cultural and behavioural expectation is an important part in management degree. It is because the people in management degree
will reflect the values of the company onto their customer of clients. The cultural expectation from the females can be that they
wear formal clothes during the working hours also the clothes should not be revealing. As it will impact on the environment of the
company. The main expectation from management students is that they will arrive on time for the get together or any sort of
meeting. As it will reflect that the employees value the time. It is expected from the students that they should reflect positive
attitude to the other person. It will ensure that the customer or clients are satisfied with the services provided by the person. This
will show the culture of the organization which will encourage the client or customer to work with the company.
The student should have certain basic manners which will analyse his behaviour. It is expected from the management
students that even if the customer of client is angry or not supportive, they should always show positive attitude and try to maintain
good relations with the client. The behaviour which is most important is dining attic-ates, as the students should know the way they
should act while sitting on a dining table with colleagues or clients. The management student should utilize their time effectively
so that they can improve the quality of the work. The students should keep their environment clean which will reflect positive

energy to the visitors. It is important for the company as the visitor will oversee the cleanliness in the working environment. It is
expected from them that they should respect the clients or customer to ensure that they will remain loyal to the company (Constant,
and et.al., 2019).
The importance of peer-to-peer support and team working to enhance learning experience
Peer-to-peer Learning is most important in the organization as one employee learn from another employee. Team work helps the
employees to improve their efficiency and learn how to distribute the task according to the knowledge of another person. It ensures
that the customer will have a better experience when visiting the company. It is because the employees will learn from each other
experience and method of solving the issue faced by the customers. As the employees will face the problems they will get
perfection in their work. Peer-to-peer learning helps the employees to maintain good relationship with their co-worker. This also
helps them to respect as well as understand the culture of other employees. Eventually it will improve the experience of working in
the organization. Another benefit is that the employees can get comfort from their co-worker in some difficult situation. It also
helps them to form a connection on the base of their knowledge (Sousa, and et.al., 2019) .
Team work is one of the most important factor for the organization as the student or employee learn various new skills.
This helps them to develop communication skills as they communicate with the team members. This helps them to learn more
about the interest of their colleagues, which is beneficial while assigning the part of the task to them. It helps them to learn the way
of analysing the strengths and weaknesses of their colleagues which will be beneficial in the future. This helps them to learn
management of time as sometimes task of a person depends on the task of the other person. It also benefits the way of providing
feedback to the other on the basis of the performance. This helps the employees to come up with innovative ideas for the company.
This helps the employees to expand their knowledge learned from another employee.

will help the person to grow in the business. This usually improve the image of the person in organization which will act as a boost
to their career. It will them to stay focus on their work which will improve the efficiency of the person. When the culture and
behaviour of person is positive, other person will want to interact with him (Westenra, 2019).
Peer-to-peer and team working helps the person to develop various skills which benefit them in their career. As it helps the
person to learn communication, analytical, technological and various other skills. This benefits them while they work in a multi
cultured organization. This improves the creativity of the person. The employees learn various new things which will benefit them
while they will be trying to change their organization. This helps them to develop relationship with the customers as well as other
employees. It makes them learn various new techniques of dealing with the customers and the attitude which is necessary while
dealing with an angry customer. This helps them to learn to work in team which will benefit them while they want to grow in their
career. As working in a team is beneficial for a person's career as they learn to solve various difficult tasks provided to them.

Strength
There are various strengths which a student might have which will help him in his studies. One of them is the student is
curious regarding various topics. Justice can be another strengths as it will help the student during team work. Courage is another
trait which will improve the experience of the student. These strengths are essential for a student to have as it helps them to grow in
their knowledge area.
Weakness
The weaknesses of a person should be lowered as it shows the negative trait of the students. One of the common weakness
among the student is time management. It is because they are not able to set the priorities of their work. Another can be a weakness
regarding a subject as the person does not understand the subject. This both can be overcome with appropriate guidance by the
mentor or any professor of the college.

Opportunities
There are various opportunities which a student can get to enhance their skills. These opportunities can be in the form of a
teacher who is supportive and explain concepts in clear manner. Another opportunity can be that the student got a task to give a
speech which will be beneficial when enhancing the communication skills of a person. This will be beneficial in the career as well
as the organization.
Threats
There can be various threats for the student which will put an impact on the ability to grab the opportunities. This can be
that the environment of the institution is not suitable for the learning of the student. It will create various problems for the student
as they will not be able to communicate their problems easily to their professor. It will also be a barrier which giving speech in
front of everyone (Benzaghta, and et.al., 2021).
