Introduction

• Most business organizations have employees
from different cultural. Work ethics and
approach are different in every place of the
world and when overseas employees are
connected then there are chances of cultural
conflicts. Cultural conflicts are also common
between the internal stakeholders of business
organizations such as management team and
external stakeholders such as service
providers or product distributors.
