This research project explores the relationship between cultural diversity and innovation within the workplace, specifically focusing on Uber. The study aims to understand the different cultural diversity practices at Uber, assess the company's innovation efforts, and analyze how cultural diversity contributes to innovation. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including a literature review and a survey of Uber staff, the project seeks to identify strategies for promoting innovation through cultural diversity. The findings will provide valuable insights for Uber and other organizations seeking to leverage diversity for competitive advantage.
