country after Moscow.
 The culture through the aspects of food and drink habits, music and
art and communication style.

Food and drink
 The traditional food like Borscht, beef stroganoff, Solyanka Soup and
Pelmeni are famous Saint Petersburg.
 Medovuha, Kompot, Prostokvasha, Samogon and Vodka are some
important drinks found in the city.

 The traditional food is mainly prepared in the houses during
celebrations.
 People also prefer normal European diet in daily basis and often
incorporate other cuisines like Blini in their own Russian cuisine
