Definition of the activities and their significant in the workshop
Icebreaker activity: all the participants in the workshop will be required to welcome the
groups of the people with their identical signs and gestures. This is considered as the introduction
to the participants in the workshop (Ang and Van Dyne, 2015 p. 21). Taking an instance of the
Indian participants, their local gestures should be identified and mentioned to welcome them in
the workshop participation. This will be an open forum where everyone welcomes the available
participants by use of the available means of communication. There will be no limit on how

the workshop will be free to interact with everyone present to get new ideas regarding their

communities within a short period. In this activity, the participant will identify different culture
diversities with other communities. It will be sharing ideas forum in which the participant shares
their cultural beliefs with other communities. The participants are allowed to share their
experience with other communities and this will be used to determine the emotional Intelligence
of the different communities. The participants with the negative attitudes with other communities
will be identified in this stage based on the traits they come up with concerning other
communities.
Summary of the workshop accomplishment
The workshop was aimed at determining different emotional intelligence and cultural
diversities among different people in the world. The workshop acted as unity between those
communities to learn from one another. Just the way institutions gather different students with
different cultural backgrounds, the workshop acted the same (Song, 2012 p.541). It was meant to
bring different groups of people together to study their cultural diversity. This work was meant to
be more humorous and interactive to make sure that everyone shows up his community culture.
This is the reason why it started with a sense of humor to bring people together. People learn
from one another despite the diversity of culture through peaceful interaction. It is through
interaction that a person is willing to share their culture activities with other communities. In this
case, the workshop accomplished the significant importance of getting the culture differences
among communities (Rowe, 2010 p.74). Percipients learned from one another through the
language used although there were possibilities of the language barriers. Besides, some
communities could have a basis in studying other communities. Some communities feel so

bring significant on how people feel about other communities and their cultures. There was need
to exchange language regardless of whether the opponent understood or not. It was just meant to
create a nice environment. It enables many people to have a nice interaction as a sense of humor
was well created. The main aim of this workshop was how to do people's interaction in their
daily life with other groups despite a wide range of cultural diversities (Constantine and Gainor,
2011 p.131). It was concluded that, through peaceful interaction, people need to understand
others beliefs and what they do. Different people have different ways of living and this can be
understood through learning their cultural behaviors.
