Cultural Sensitivity in Healthcare: Assignment - HIS 2001

In HIS2001 - We will discuss about the cultural sensitivity. Cultural sensitivity is being aware that people are different and that one’s culture is not better than the other. In other words it is the skill that allows people to understand that different people have different cultural beliefs without judging their beliefs as negative or positive. It is very important in the business sector which always operates in different cultural backgrounds.
