INTRODUCTIONCommunication is process of sending and receiving message through verbal and nonverbal means of communication, such as oral, writing, graphics representation etc. (Emmerson,2016) It is transfer of information from one person to another person with proper ethic, cultureand having a valid perception of message that is communicated. This report is based on a casestudy of an old grandfather and granddaughter who some times drives her to school in city ofCalgary when she occasionally misses her bus.
