INTRODUCTIONThis report will lay focus on B corporations and their sustainable development goals theyare following. Here the B corporations chosen as Greyston Bakery Inc. This is a socialincorporation in which brownies and cookies are baked by hiring men and women through openhiring policy. They hire their workers who have past records of homelessness, domestic violence,illiteracy, welfare dependence, incarceration, etc. Also, No poverty is will be chosen as thesustainable development goals (Sustainable development goals, 2019). The B corporationGreyston Bakery is chosen because they hire men and women who are incapable to survive andproviding them opportunities for employment bring forward their motive of no poverty. LITERATURE REVIEWIn according to the view point of Mecagni, Marchettini & Maino, (2015) the first andforemost challenge during declining the rates of poverty is that poverty remains very high insome areas. The Sub Saharan Africa is facing high poverty as there are 900 million poor peoplein the year 2012. Although, it has decreases up to 700 million people till the year 2015. Also,three major regions which includes East Asia and pacific, Sub Saharan Africa and South Asia isfacing high global poverty over past decades. In addition to this Frese, Gielnik & Mensmann,(2016) shared their views on poverty that the policy must discourse which focuses on the poorestamong the poor mainly in Sub Saharan Africa which there is high rate of poverty. By a recentresearch, the data depicts that people who are living in Sub Saharan Africa that mostly people areliving under $1.90 per day. This is a major challenge of poverty to alleviate these regions whichare highly. Saner, Yiu & Filadoro, (2019) argued that the goals of sustainable development arecommitments which are rigid as well as bold. Also, on targeting on global poverty regions thealleviators must target the situations of their vulnerable living and to access them basic resourcesto safeguard their living. In order to support them, they must provide employment opportunitiesfor them to survive and to support them in conflict and other climatic disasters.In the views of Cobbinah, Erdiaw – Kwasie & Amoateng, (2015) shared the secondchallenge generally face during poverty alleviation that an unevenness of stark in sharedprosperity. For boosting the shared prosperity it is important to promote growth of income ofpeople who are below 40% (B40) in income distribution. According to poverty analysis of somecountry B40 is extremely poor whereas in some other richer countries B40 is moderately poor.The major challenge face in alleviation of poverty is that it is measured in absolute terms and the1
