INTRODUCTION
 Travel and Tourism is a type of hospitality industry which provide different
types of facilities and services to potential consumers, who will travel from
one place to another. they can travel form one place to another for purpose of
recreation, business and leisure. The documentation will identify different type
of tourist and also evaluate that how potential factors impact on tourists.
Furthermore. It will determine the motivation model that influence tourist
towards attractive destination. However, it will understand the trends of
tourism and its emerging patterns.

Discuss about three different types of tourist.
 A tourist is a person who always
visiting the place for interest and
pleasure, generally when they are
going on holiday from various
attractive destination. It can be
categorised three different type of
tourists.

Type of tourist
 Religious Tourist: The religious tourists are commonly referred to faith and
trust on God, where people travel in group of people and individually for
leisure, pilgrimage and missionary purpose. inspired with holy places because
they have a faith on God. It is one of the oldest form of tourism industry while
providing the better facilities of religious tourist.
 For Example- Faith based camps, Monastery visiting and religious attraction
places.

 Package Holiday Tourist: The package holiday tourist go for long holiday in
other countries. They will take services on basis of package which mainly
including hotels, booking, vehicles and other type of facilities provided by
tourism industry. For Example- people going from other countries with
families and friends.

 Adventure Tourist: The Adventure is about connecting with new
environment, culture and landscape which being physically active at same
interval. It is based on the thriller to experience in first time at different
location. People will perform different activities such as beach vacations,
rafting, trekking and rock climbing. It is the best example of adventure tourist.

Analyse three different factors which affects each type of tourist.
 Tourism industry is the fastest growing sector which provide a great
opportunity for different tourists. It also enriching experience of people in
terms of travelling. It is mainly considered factors that will influence the
tourist to choose attractive destination. It tends to address positive experience
of tourist in multiple attraction places. Thee are three different factors which
affects on various Adventure, religious and holiday package tourists.

because religious people mainly focused on the blessing of their deities and
gurus. In this way, it may affect on the religious tourist where they always
preferred to travel in holy places. It also change attitude of religious people
towards holy places. The factor always motivate to religious tourist, who are
visiting holy places for peace and silence.

tourists go for holiday in different seasons. Pleasant climate always attracts the
tourist, who came from the colder regions. On the other hand, many people
choose summer areas in order to seek pleasure of fresh environment. For
instances, Environmental factors affect on the package holiday tourist in terms
of climate change and scenery.

Identify the Models of motivation and their impact on tourists.
 Motivation Model is based on the modelling notation that supports of tourism
industry in decisions about how tourist reach to different attractive destination.
It is considered as a scheme and structure for managing coordination among
tourists. It directly impacts on behaviour, attitude of tourist according to
destination place and they can fully enjoy and willingness to perform
activities.

satisfy their need and requirement. Motivation exists when a tourist capable for
creating an impulse and also increases need which turn into the feeling of

provide many option according to demand. different types of tourism

 In above discussion, it concluded that Travel and tourism are considered an opportunity for
people, who always travel from one place to another. it provides better facilities and
services of people regarding booking, hotels and vehicles. there are many reasons for
travelling such as recreation, business and leisure. It has summarised about the different
type of tourists and how potential factors impact on tourists. It also used the motivation
model that always encourage towards attractive destination. Nowadays, it is increasingly
emerge the patterns of travel and tourism trends which always inspire tourist to use new
services.
