need to have an operational plan for implementing the business plan. An Operational Plan entails

operational plan defines the success conditions, the milestones to be achieved, and in some cases

years experience in confectionery. The consultant is needed to help advise on the kind of equipment
to buy in order to ensure standards, and issues such as managing stock, obtaining the necessary
health and statutory certificates, and information on the general industry. The consultation will be
done at a professional level where the business plan and idea will be shared with the consultant and
their input sought, for a fee, on the best approach: the input will be in the form of a professional
consultancy report, along with verbal meetings. The consultant will also help in who the human
resources should be: in addition, a local hiring and staffing firm will be consulted on the best staff

Recruitment, Induction, and Training Personnel
The hiring and staffing consultant as well as the hospitality business consultant will help
define the caliber and profile of needed employees for the job positions. The hiring and staffing firm
will help shortlist suitable candidates, after which they will be interviewed to get the right people.
After being hired, they will be given a one week training, during which a ‘dry run’ will be done to
produce the confectioneries: this will help define the work-flows and work rules, as well as develop
