1. Define customer experience and examples of positive customer
A customer experience is a result to make the customers satisfied while it can lead to
additional business revenue. Lemon and Verhoef (2016) stated that it is an impression left
with the customers resulted in how they are thinking about the brand. It has critical
importance to sustain growth of the business. Examples of positive customer experience is
showing real customer appreciation, focusing to resolve their issue, encouraging in customer
loyalty and understanding their expectations.
2. Importance of customer service for providing great customer
experience
A great customer service is provided by responding to the customer’s requests
immediately and listening to the customer’s problems. The customer service helps to increase
customer loyalty by providing them efficient services. The employees take care of their
customer’s needs and expectations by delivering them professional, high quality services and
meet with their demands (Homburg, Jozic, and Kuehnl 2017). The customers are getting best
assistance as well as advice by the employees in case of purchasing of products and services.
It leads to provide great customer experiences when they are satisfied with the business and
their service.
3. Company produces outstanding customer experience and ways to
deliver experience to customers
Trader Joe is an American based grocery store which produces an outstanding
customer experiences through their grocery products and services. The company is able to
deliver experiences to their customers by their great organic products as well as reasonable
prices. The company helps the customers in distressed circumstances with better service
