One such sector is Retail sector which is being highly in demand from the time of pandemic of covid-19. This sector has been impacted due to many factors such as growth of the middle income people, entry of the foreign market, emergence of small supermarket, etc. There aremanyopportunitiesnowavailableinthisindustrywhichincludestheemergenceof technology and e-commerce which has led to increased business in this sector. But the major challenge in this industry is the competition in market due to entry of small stores, foreign companies, etc. The job role of HR Associate is very much in demand in this sector due to high number of employees in the business due to multiple stores, etc. (Barreira da Silva Rocha, Oliveira Meirim and Corrêa Nogueira, 2021) What skills and experience will you need to develop now and, in the future, to equip yourself for success in your chosen role?
