MA in human resource is basically related to managerial activities of human forces which
involve recognition, recruitment and retaining of talented employees. While MA course the
learning are management of human forces so that best can be derived from their work and thus
help them to grow and thrive in their job roles. The internships and job I'm applying for is based
on management of human resources of organisation. The task of the job role involves increasing
efficiency and effectiveness of employees using different methods and also selecting and
recruiting employees. The task also involves managing their activities list and details.
