INTRODUCTION Career is the objective of the individual in order to satisfy their needs and wants. The individual must plan their career which helps in giving the ones clear vision of their future in order to attain their objectives of life. It helps in analysis their strengths and weaknesses and the skills and knowledge which are required to attain the goals in future(Advance CTE 2018). This report is discussed about the career research and I have chose retail sector industry as my career objective. I have determined this position best for me because it requires certain skills which are posse by me which will be very helpful for me to serve in the organisation. Retail sector industry refers to the industry who works to provide goods and services to the customers. This sector helpsinfillingthegapbetweenwholesalersandcustomers.Thisindustryincludesthe departments stores, electronic stores, groceries stores, medical stores and many other. The increase in the technology helps the enterprise to enhance their service of goods and services which helps in easily providing the products to their customers for consumptions. The retail sector helps in the growth of economy. That's why I have chosen the career in the human resource in retail sector industry(Terwillegar, Thomas and Bolin, 2019). Analysis and Application What are the several trends which are impacting in the retail sector industry. To produce goods is not only the aim of the business enterprise but also they have to provide their goods and services to the ultimate users. This can be possible with help of the retail sector industry(Foley, 2018). There main function is to provide finished goods and services to the customers. They are acted as the middle man during the process of delivery the goods. There are some trends in this industry which are as follows:Personalised shopping Retail Experience: The retail sector industry is developing the personalised shopping experience to the customers. This helps in providing easy services to their customers. This can be done by the development of technologies which are adopted by the organisations.Digital Mobile Wallet:In retail sector industry the organisation uses to develop the mode of payment which helps the customers to cash less shopping. This helps in enhancing the demands of the customers for flexible modes of payments.

This leads to the increase in sales of the enterprise which increase their profitability. Employment Opportunities:The development in the techniques of the technologies which leads to enhancement in the demands of customers. To satisfy their needs and wants the enterprise has hire the staff in organisation so that they can provide services in an effective manner. The above discussion on the changing scenario in the retail sector industry leads to an growth in marketplace. Nowadays companies use to offer the employment at digital modes which reduces the cost to company and increases the margin in profits. What are the Skills, Knowledge and experience required in attain the job in retail sector industry. When the company heirs an candidate to work as an employee then they are required to analysis certain skills, knowledge and experience which are examined to be selected in the retail sector industry(Santos, 2020). There are certain skills which are looked during the process of hiring those are as follows: Communication skills: The candidate must have the good communication skills which helps them in order to work effectively in the organisation. They must use clear and smile words which helps them in eliminating the complexity during the course of employment. Technology skills: The candidates must have the basic knowledges related to trending technologies in order to perform their functions in designated profile(Sung and Connor, 2017). The knowledge of techniques helps in learning the trends in market with will enhance in their quality of goods and services so that they can easily satisfy their customers. This profile is suitable for me as I have the skills to determine the candidates which are suitable for the organisation and has an good communications skills which helps me in resolving the issues of the other fellow employees in the company. This profile requires high level of management power in order to manage the staffs and other activities in the company(Puchmüller and Fischlmayr, 2017). The reason behind choosing the human resource department as a professional because I have the skills which are required in filling the criteria at this profiles. The above discussed
skills, knowledges and experience are founded in me, as I am a having the good skills of communication which helps them in creating an healthy environment in the enterprise. The good knowledge of the digital platforms and techniques are posses by me in order to achieve the smooth working in the organisation. I am having the best skilled person to be selected in this position because I have all specific knowledges and skills which will be helpful for me to justify with my job(Sharma, 2020). I have chosen my career in the Human Resource department in retail sector industry because this sector of industry plays an important role in providing the finished goods and services to the customers. They have the wide range of products and scope which give rise to the number of workforce which are required in the organisation in order to satisfy their customers needs and wants in achieving the goals of the enterprise. My skills helps in achieving the ultimate goals of the company as I will formulate the policies which helps the employees to work in an effective manner. CONCLUSION With context to the above report, it can be concluded that the retail sector industry has formed many employment opportunities in the market to enhance the working of Human Resource departmentwhich indirectlyworksfor thesatisfactionof theircustomers.The employees of Human Resource department doesn't directly deals with the customers but they plans the strategies for their employees which are dealing directly with the customers in order to satisfy them. That's why I have chosen Human-Resource department as an career objective because I posses the qualities to work effectively on the said profile.
