INTRODUCTION
In business environment there is different task that needs to be done timely by managing and
controlling resources as well as capital. When I was studying in college in specific are I have
developed my knowledge and skills by taking participating in each activity or class. To become a
professional in particular subjects there is need to have proper knowledge and understanding that
used to bring changes and complete project (Redekopp, and Huston, 2019). In report I am
discussing about my experience in working and getting knowledge about market that states how
things are going and it supports to develop understanding in particular fields. Skill set is the
practice which used by individual to develop their understanding in different subject area that
can help to accomplish business goals and maintain higher performance. A person requires to
have proper understanding and knowledge which used to find out the problems that is pertaining
in environment and affects business activities. I have created my own knowledge by working and
managing all activities that supported to work continuously and maintain productivity. I prepared
this report to develop understanding about trend which is running in current environment and
skill set that used to complete task. The report covers general trends that impacts on businesses
and skills require for developing business opportunities.
MAIN BODY
The business environment is not stable as it is changing day by day where it became
important to provide products and services accordingly. This is important for each individual to
develop their understanding in different areas and comes to know what happening in
environment. If all functions and activities are properly managed, then it would be opportunity to
grow business and maintain higher performance. For example, River Island is British fashion
industry that sales range of products and services by understanding demand and changing needs
of customers. After conducting the secondary research, it has been evaluated that there are
different factors and problems that might be arises while working. This can help to develop the
business performance (Tolentino, Sibunruang, and Garcia, 2019). In business environment there
are general trend that impacts on business organization is defined below:
