INTRODUCTION
When any individual or a person takes any educational lecture or attends any class it
results in enhancement of one's existing knowledge and encourages his different academic skills
in-built in him (Bennion and et. al., 2020). By application of such skills an individual gets an
solid opportunity to acquire a handsome job in the field of his specialization. This also assists
individual in facing challenges with a positive attitude along with achievement of success in his
life. The present report comprises of a reflection pertaining to an individual's development
through learning various skills. Further, several ways and approachers are mentioned which a
person can apply to face critical challenges and meet expectations in order to be a successful
person in his career.
TASK 1
How a person developed as a learner.
In present high competitive world it is very much crucial and is top priority of every
individual to achieve success along with growth in his life and career constantly. The time when
a person enrols himself in taking certain learning lectures in specific area then it results in
enhancing and developing his existing skills and knowledge (Ochs, 2019). Being a regular
learner I have opted for certain classes under the banner of an recognized university of United
Kingdom that is BUKS University. Under this renowned university I have attained a foundation
year in respect of creativity and immense knowledge. The university considers a strong
communication skills as its integral part where a teacher's main focus is to enhance speaking
skills, listening skills and vocabulary in trainee or learner. The lecturers while teaching to
common people and communicating with professionals they pays their concern on demonstrating
certain theories related to course material and structure. Teachers also pays their attention
towards elaborating some mechanics that are associated with speaking process related to
common people and professionals. Therefore, getting admission under such course of study
enhances my communication skills from both ends that is listening and speaking, this also helped
me in analysing role of communication skills into real life. The learning from course tends to feel
the importance of communication while behaving or presentation self in front of others as well as

in various contingent situations. To offer better communication skills the trainers has developed
and conducted different activities which can enhance existing skills in an individual.
For instance: An activity comprises of developing a real life situation in organisational
working along with delegating several roles to every learner under which they are required to
behave same as of worker and act professional which helps learner in developing effective and
efficient communication skills in himself.
Also there were certain group or team activities which helps individual to generate
positive and effective abilities related to learning skills. Other than learning communication
skills I have also focused on enhancing my existing writing skills. The teachers who are allotted
for the course has provided various lectures teaching how to write without having any errors or
grammatical mistakes in them along with a tutorial of certain root level concepts that re very
essential to keep in mind while writing anything in absence of which proper meaning of any
sentence cannot be determined. The root level concepts comprises of use of appropriate capital
letters, grammar, punctuation marks, apostrophes, and many other concepts. During my lectures
I came to know about concept of tenses and its forms such as Past Tense, Present Tense and
Future Tense, which assists me in formulating appropriate sentences along with efficient reading
and writing skills.
In order to work in any corporate organisation, an individual is required to be enough
creative as well as should possess quality of keen learner on one hand (Rosmiati and et. al.,
2020). BUKS teachers provides training related to digital technology with the help of power
point presentations. From this I came to know skills which can be used in showing creativity in
while working in corporate. Such kind of learning motivates me to be a successful individual and
get good job role in renowned company.
TASK 2
Approaches for future expectations and challenges.
After attaining course from BUKS University I have achieved different kind of
knowledge related to professional as well as personal learning. Various forms of skills such as
technical skills, work related ethics, determination, communication, creativity, flexibility and
many more under the umbrella of personal skills development. To enhance my professional skills

I have gathered certain skills in this too such as decision making, leadership, self motivation,
resolution of conflicts, and several more. These skills makes me able to perform my job in
recognized corporate firm along with managing several kind of operations in better manner.
Certain skills related to leadership and managerial tasks allows me to experience upcoming
challenges along with ways to handle them efficiently (Thaba-Nkadimene, 2020).
For instance, a business firm plans to make any kind of modification or changes that
leads company in increasing employees performance along with success in organisation, then by
applying my leadership skills I can be helpful in encouraging company's employees which can
raise productivity and assist business to get success.
Other than this skill my learning for personal skills helps me in becoming more flexible
at my workplace through my foundation course. The university lecturers taught me certain
aspects of ethics at workplace as well as in context of real life by teaching me development of
effective healthy relations and behaviour with others. Also the lecturers have developed some
real life situations in class that teaches and allows to experience importance of effective decision
making fro business success. The creation of such kind of situations allowed me to learn skills
that can be utilized in making effective and instant decision.
CONCLUSION
From the above essay it can be concluded that it is very important for every individual to
to enhance his knowledge and skills when need. To achieve this a person is required to attend
some learning classes either in form of professionalism or academic context. This helps a person
in getting better knowledge related to a specific interest area that enhances existing creativity.
One can develop his personal skills on the other hand while getting professional skills. By
learning suck kinds of skills one can be able to attain higher position in business and can
experience a better future which is backed by continuous success.
