HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
Employability is the potential for gaining initial employment along with maintaining it to obtain a new one. It is all about being capable to get
together with keep fulfilling workings. There are various material that have helped or supported me to develop my employability. The ways
and the reasons the ten artefacts which have supported me in developing my employability includes Personal SWOT Analysis, Personal
Development Plan, Resources to hunt job, Academic resources, business environment, practices for reflection, images about Work produced
in PSKC Class, Blogs, examples related to job description addition to personal specification and reading logs. In context to personal SWOT
Analysis, it assisted me to examine situations through looking towards strengths, weaknesses, opportunities addition to threats. The way it
helped me in pursuit working towards my career goals is incredible as through this, I was able to capitalise of my strengths, work to improve
my weaknesses, exploit opportunities together with minimise threats. The other material that helped me in attaining my employability is
personal development plan through which I constantly reviewed myself as well as devised objectives for facilitating employability by improving
skills together with required knowledge. Job hunt resources have helped me to look towards various occupations or jobs that for my preferred
position. With this, I have done proper analysis of various jobs which matches to my knowledge, skills, area of interest and so on factors that
made working easier for me to develop my employability prospects. Next is academic resources which benefits a student through
supplementing learning process. Academic resources have helped me in creating relative information that suits to me area of interest and
develop my knowledge so that I am able to perform all kinds of working required in a job. Through business environment, I have analysed the
ways certain changes takes place and how it influences incomes, opportunities, etc for an individual and enterprise. With this, I became
familiarise to skills that are essential to work in an enterprise together with the impacts they have on my employability. Practices of reflection
plays significant role in helping me to focus on my experience of working and learning from those experiences to improve ways of my
performance for an occupation. Artefacts of images and pictures that are associated to work which is produced by me in my PSKC Class
have guided me for advancing my entire work credibility through analysing diverse opportunities which induces my ongoing success in
upcoming career or future employment. Blogs are regular updated webpages that are run by small group or an individual by posting a content
that is written in conversational styles. The artefact have promoted addition to advanced my knowledge about personal as well as
professional improvements successfully. Reading logs is another artefact that assisted me to take clear analysis about developing and
maintaining concerns associated to improving reading and other skills so to maintain learning related to pertaining situations in productive
manner. I have also gone through job description together with personal specification of various people on google so to have a thorough
information about responsibilities, requirements and others concerned with a job on my interest.
