HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
It is important that a person should develop some skills which are required at the workplace and enhance their knowledge
so that they can get good job opportunities. in every organisation people want employees who are having knowledge and
necessary skills so that they can complete the work on time and efficiently. In this fast moving world, it is important that a
person should have all the essential skills so that he or she may get good job. Some skills which are essential are, good
communication skills, teamwork skills, leadership skills, critical thinking and many other so that they can work properly in an
organisation. It is important that an individual person should learn all the qualities while he or she is learning and they should
not wait for someone. It is crucial to have proper knowledge about your field because in a company work is given to
education and if a person does not have basic knowledge then it is of no use. I am also having some skills but there are
some qualities which I need to improve so that good opportunities can be grab. It is beneficial for my future like, if I am
having good communication skill then it is easy to get good because in an organisation an employee should have proper
communication as there are meetings and employee has to give presentation or interact with clients. So, it is important that
a person should have good skills which will help in getting more opportunities and salary will be good. My communication
skills are not so good but I am working on that. I am interacting with my friends and teachers so that I can build confidence
and nervousness can be reduced. I am learning new words of English with the help of google and enhancing my knowledge
by reading books. I am also not able to manage my time and due to this I get late in submitting my assignments. I am
improving this as I have made time table in which all the activities are written and according to that time is distributed so that
I can manage my time. It is difficult to complete work on time but soon I will able to do my given task on time. This is
essential at the workplace because in a company targets are given and if it is not completed on time then it creates bad
impact. So, I am working on it and soon I will able to manage my daily activities and complete my work on time. I am a good
leader but still there are some things which I require to improve so that I can perform better and it will help me in getting
good job opportunities. When there is workload, managers divide work among employees and make leader so that he or
she can give instructions and complete the given task on time. It is the responsibility of a leader to handle issues between
workers and try to solve them.
