HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
For enhancing the employability development there are several aspects are to be involved that are suitable skills, attributes, experience and
knowledge that helps in continuous development and improvisation within the personality. This will include the 10 artefacts which required the
increment in personal and professional development that can be explained below:
Photos and samples of the work that are produced in PSKC class- It is a first artefacts that is helpful to reflecting the overall working
credibility which is to be increased. It also helps in identifying the several opportunities that assist in the continuous success and learning in
their future terms.
Personal SWOT analysis- This analysis helps in reflecting the strength and weaknesses within the artefacts that is useful to examine the
several aspects so that sustainable growth can be faced in enhancing my overall personality. In this my working abilities supports to getting the
advancement in productive manner that is helpful to attain the results in a specified period of time.
Personal development plan- It refers to that plan which is useful for making the deep analysis related to improving the weaknesses so that
personal growth can be gained in future terms. It also helps in covering the loop holes effectively. In this major level of changes can be done
that can fulfil the overall requirements related to enhancing professional development in appropriate manner.
Reading log 1- This is a first artefact that is helpful in clear and transparent analysis related to developing the reading skills and employability
skills and getting the advanced results so that it can be promoted in my future career. In this to maintain the learning within the COVID situation
helps in getting something new in productive and proficient manner.
Reading log 2- As this artefact helps in providing both advanced study and learning skills that is able to helps in developing the understanding
related to both personal and professional development in effective and efficient manner.
Resources for job hunting 1- In this resource job hunting is to be included that is helpful to examine the several information related to the job
and their relation terms that can be searched by me to enhance my future development in proficient manner. In this I can focus on using the
several applications that are linkedIn, Goggle Jobs, Indeed and many more that helps in controlling the future and career that can be effectively
maintained.

experience, skills and helpful to providing the best job that is effectively matched with the abilities and behaviour of mine.
Academic resources 1- This artefacts helps in collecting the various information on particular topic related to the academic learning so that
experience is to be gained and also the strength is to be gained in a stronger way.
Examples related to the person specification and job description- In this clarity is to be reflected that helps in enhancing the future
development and also helpful to capturing the various opportunities that can be useful to sustainable growth.
Blog- It helps in developing and promoting the technical skills and knowledge that helps in enhancing the personal and professional
