INTRODUCTION
In order to develop a portfolio or a project there are various elements which are required such as
different knowledge and skills. The guidance of Professor is highly essential for the completion
of project is the guide in a particular manner. Different topics are compiled so that portfolio or
report fulfil the criteria of learners (Batura and et.al., 2021). All the topics are presented in
appropriate manner which can become presentable and understandable in front of individuals.
This report will include different components which are comprised by individual in order to
formulate a perfect portfolio or report. This will assist students in enhancing their knowledge and
skills regarding particular field so that they can achieve their personal growth and success.
TASK
This portfolio is comprising of varied skills which assist students in developing their knowledge
regarding their respective field. This report will include different documents which convey
messages according to their requirements. The first document consists the information about
Harvard referencing which is important for students as it make their content valuable by
involving the contributions of author. The second document is about poster which is developed
by students for understanding topics in creative manner. It includes different marketing theories
which are important for them to commence their operation in their professional career (Ray,
DuBrava and Jacks, 2020). The third document shows the relevance of video in the context to
students as they can include academic writing in that so that they can save their time and efforts.
The fourth document includes class notes which assist students in learning their different topics
and lectures which are taught in their classes which directly improves their abilities and a
learning power. The fifth document shows SWOT analysis of individuals which identify their
strength, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. It helps them in adopting techniques which are
useful for them so that they can minimise their weaknesses and grab opportunities. The sixth
document of portfolio includes questionnaire which shows the actual position of students
regarding their learning and understandings. It provides clear image of knowledge so that
students can learn require toppings in effective manner. The seventh document include email
which assist students in sharing their group presentation and other reading materials so that they
can enhance their learning skills. The eighth document of portfolio consist of group presentation
which involves all the individual in order to present their skills so that they can effectively

analyse their performance and knowledge. It is creative and interesting way of learning various
topics which are useful in their future career. Ninth document include book of pictures which
helps students in visualising images and learning from them. The Pictures convey messages
which are useful for students in enhancing their knowledge about relevant topics (Abrar-ul-
Hassan, Douglas and Turner, 2021). The 10th document consists of personal development plan
which assist students in bridging the gap between inherited skills and expected skills so that they
can learn in proper manner. The 11th document of portfolio includes reflective essay which
suggest changes in the life of students during their learning phase. The last document which is
12th consist of academic writing which suggest different business activities that can help
students in developing their required skills according to the requirements.

Harvard referencing
Harvard referencing can be referred as a style of using the name of authors in the body of
assignment prepared by an individual. It can be used by involving the name of authors between
the quotations. It comprises of title of article and title of journals by available publication
information along with date month or year. This will assist in preventing the article or
assignment by plagiarism.

Poster
The poster involves about marketing mix which is a marketing of framework used by
organisation to increase the awareness of the brand and products. Seven components of
marketing mix include product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence
(Neville, 2018). It assists in learning how to showcase the brand in market among targeted
audience so that organisation can increase their profitability.
