Along with this, I also prepared other documents such as cover letter and CV. By ascertaining the weakness, a person can work upon it and can convert them into strengths. Apart from this while ascertaining the threats in advance he can kept in mind the risks which can cause loss and he can take the future steps accordingly (Cong and Oosterlee, 2016). They says that introspecting is the best thing which a person can perform because after introspection a person would be knowing more about himself which helps him in making the correct decisions about him. play which he needs to perform at that particular moment (Hart, 2018). Therefore, these programs has their own benefits for a person. Referencing Referencing refers to the source from where a candidate has taken the information or idea.By stating the referencing the reader of the report or the interviewer would get an idea about how well and deeply you have done your research. It also helps in determining the authenticity of the source, information as well as of report. From framing the references, a person can easily detect the place where the information has been fetch is authentic or not. It also makes the report accurate and reliable. When the sources are authentic more people would develop their trust in them and more people will appreciate your work. The references are also available in different types which may includes, Harvards, AVP, Chicago and the so forth. Cover Letter Cover letter is the document which is attached with resume or CV. It is an additional document which is attached. It is considered as a letter of introduction which job seekers provide. The basic aim of this cover letter is to state the actual intensions with the job which the employer has advertised the opening for. I also attached my cover letter with resume or CV which helped the employer to knowing my purpose and objectives to take this particular job. Interview skills Every employer takes interview to get to know about the true knowledge and skills of a candidate. From the interview an employer gets to know about many things like knowledge a person about his field, his behavior, his determination and also about his personal goals. For the interview, a person prepares himself a lot. He analyses his strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats (Hsu and et. al., 2013). He also polishes the knowledge in his field of interest so if any question asked to him regarding it, he would be able to answer that. A person also practices to improve his confidence level so that he can present all the replies which he knows very clearly and properly. After taking the interview the employer decides that whether this person is suitable for the job role or not. Plagiarism Plagiarism is the act of copying some idea, language or any sort of work without the permission. The plagiarism considers as an unethical act or an act of breach in which the person has taken the work of another person without his permission. This is also considered as a dishonesty which a person performs. It also puts a wrong impression on other people and it puts a big question upon the caliber or performance of that person who did this dishonest work. This can hamper the performance grades and academic results which can prove to be a great loss for a student. By avoiding the plagiarism, I choose a topic in which I did all the research by myself from the available sources and prepare the report by myself by acquiring the deep knowledge about the topic.
Academic writing style Academic writing style, which is also known as Scholar writing is a quality in which the writer can present his knowledge and view about a particular topic more expressively and clearly. If a person who knows how to write a particular document with right level of vocabulary and sentence forming would acquire more marks as comparison to other person. That person would have the skills to communicate and present this idea and knowledge in a more concise and proper manner (Huang and Hsu, 2015). I have to build up this quality by regular practicing for my writing skills. Daily I used to write about a topic and match my current performance with previous performance. Slowly but steadily I reached to that point where I grab the ability to write about topics in a more effective and concise ways. This practiced really helped me somewhere or other. CV Writing A CV is a document in which an individual writes about his basic details, example his name, his address, contact details and etc. In CV a person’s experience is also been written which he had gained from his previous job or internship. The CV also contains the education details which candidate has undertaken yet. From the education, an interviewer can judge his skills about whether he is suitable for the job or not. His education decides about the kind of knowledge he may possess. The CV also includes certificates and awards which this candidate has acquired yet. From this the area of excellence can get acquired. CV includes all the things which a person has done in his life yet which is related to academics or co curricular activities. The CV includes the other hobbies which a person has in his life. for example I have a hobby of reading and badminton (Kuo and Hong, 2013). In this, I need to justify to interviewer that I am really into this hobby because they can ask me something which is related or about my hobbies. CV should give a true picture of the person who you really are. Every thi8ng which is stated in there should be true and fair and must do justice with yourself also. Data Interpretation Data interpretation is a process in which a person interpret ate the given data and dig out the information from it. Data interpretation is used to check the critical thinking and aptitude level of a person. For this, I practice some questions regarding this. I started with easy level question then slowly raised my level to medium and then hard (Shen and et. al., 2015). Presentation skills Presentation is all which matters. A person should have presentation skills which enable him to present himself good and healthy before others. If a person is very knowledgeable but his presentation skills is not that good, then the idea which he has made would be present by someone else, who posses all the required skills for giving a presentation (Stern and Deimler. eds., 2012).
