SUMMARY
Knowledge is crucial for the individual as it helps them in developing the understanding
of various aspects such the it creates awareness about the surroundings. This help the individual
in ensuring their survival by making them capable of working in the current business
environment. For this I have to analyse the market and the prevailing situations as on the basis if
this the trends in the market can be identified and on the basis of which I can prepared the
personal development plans. With the help of such plan the skills can be improved which can
enhance the capability of taking various decisions and handling the challenges which will faced.
In this report portfolio is prepared which includes various documents that an individual uses.
Such documents will help me in identifying the opportunities in the market in the near future and
the challenges which I may have to face.
In this report various documents are discussed which I have used or will use in future so
that the success can be achieved in future. The SWOT analysis helps in determining the
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the help of which I can analysis what all
skills I have to develop in me so that I can grab the opportunities ion future. Such analysis help
me in determining the skills which I have and on the basis of which I can be successful. But to
improve the employability and the chances of being successful I have to develop a few more
skills. Such requirement arises due to changes which are taking place in the technology and the
globalisation as this increase the level of competition among the organisation. Due to this the
expectations of the organisation increases and this leads to adaption of more skills and the
knowledge. I had to prepare the CV with the help of which I could reflect all of my capabilities
before the interviewer so that they can analyse my competencies and the capabilities of handling
the role. Other documents which are included in the reports are Presentation, Email, skills of
academic writing which reflect the level of communication as it plays a crucial role ineffectively
executing the role. With the help of reflection, I can express my experiences with the others
effectively. Further I have discussed about the interview preparation which are crucial to crack
the interview as with the help of this I could confidently respond to the interviewer. Also it is
important to understanding the importance of the referencing and the plagiarism as this helps in
making the reports so formulated by the individual authentic and reliable.

1) SWOT Analysis
SWOT analysis is a methodology which help to determine the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunity and threats. The analysis of these factors helps in formulation of various strategies
which helps in managing the weaknesses with the effective use of the strengths. On the basis of
this the personal development plans can be made which will help the individuals in achieving
their targets and the goals (Bohari, Hin and Fuad, 2017). This analysis has various advantages as
it helps in determination of the capabilities of the individual, the skills possessed by them and the
areas where they are lacking. Such analysis facilitates the individual in overcoming the barriers
which can influence their success. SWOT analysis helped me in analysis of various internal
factors on the basis of which the strategic planning was done for the organisation.

2) Reflection
Reflection is the act of examining the thoughts and the feelings of the individuals. This
helps them in analysis and the interpretation of the experiences of the individuals on the basis of
the events and the acts occurred in the past. The human reflection is the tendency which helps
them in taking decisions by analysing the situations. This enables them in managing the
situations both at personal level and at professional level (Reynolds and Vince, 2017). Personal
reflection need to be expressed in writing by the individual which need to be simple in language
and easy to understand by the audiences. Due to this the tone of the refection must be as per the
targeted audiences. I have used reflection in undertaking various projects with the help of which
I could communicate my experiences and the learnings from undertaking the projects.
