Cyber Bullying or Traditional Bullying- which is
more severe?
Traditional bullying such as face-to-face bullying can
harm the victims whereas cyber bullying may take times
to actually harm the victims
Face-to-face bullying can be in the form of physical
torture whereas cyber bullying is limited just to mental
form of bullying in specific
Cyber bullying can be more severe for its mental torture
which it causes to the victims
This can even sexually harass causing the victims to feel
loneliness and isolated as well from family and the society
Face-to-face bullying can even cause the serious physical
harms if cruelty is not reported to the school’s officials

Face-to-face bullying can be bring into the notice
of higher officials in schools which can provide
some relief to victims provide that, the relief
work is well planned and organized as well
Children in particular do not feel comfortable to
report the cyber bullying incidents to their
parents due to a fact that they fear to lose their
access to phones and PCs
This is really difficult to identify or conclude the
most severe form of bullying between cyber
bullying and traditional bullyiing

Collective efforts from parents,
officials of schools and other
stakeholders are required.
There is a need for a
collective support
from parents, the
school officials,
NGOs, the National
Government and the
other government
agencies. There must
be some measures to
identify the level of
severity of types of
bullying, so that,
effective supports are
provided to victims.
Parents in particular
must maintain a
balnace between
restrictions and the
freedom for life for
their children. A high
restriction on
children can even
cause them to be
unsocial.
