INTRODUCTION Cyberbullying is a practice where a person or group uses the internet to discourtesy, harm, harass another people. Cyberbullying can be an act of harassing someone through internet or online by posting and sending mean messages usually unidentified (Cherian, 2019). These kind of activities harm the society thorough various ways and negatively affect the people. There are various protection and prevention laws and regulations are beloved by the government of various nations to protect people form these kind of activities. MAIN BODY Evaluate the reasons for the introduction of new legislation to deal with the problem of cyberbullying Cyberbullying refers to the use of technology such as the internet, email, cell phones, social media or pictures to harass, embarrass, threaten or target an individual. Mostly it occurs among young people but when an adult is involved in it than mean cyber harassment or cyber stalking. It is crime that can have legal consequences and consist imprisonment. Now these days most of the people use technology and it is rapidly advancing so it is easy to harm or harass any individual. Cyber bullying not only harm any individual physically but also it harm them mentally. There are two types people who are likely to bulling to those people who are socially active and those who are socially inactive. Bullying is linked to numerous negative outcomes such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse and suicide etc. Now these days, children and adults use internet and social media at high level so this problem highly affect them. Because at social site they make friends easily without knowing in about them so this is big reason of cyberbullying and they start them to black them fulfil their any demand. Youths do not communicate about these kind of problems with their parents cause of fear and it will make the situation worse and these people harm to themselves. There are various reasons of occurring the problem of cyber bulling and some of them are as following: Sending inappropriate text message- There are different ways to harass the people through online mode or internet. There are various individual who bull other people by sending them unethical, wrong and vulgar messages (Del Rey, Casas and Ortega, 2016). Text bulling is a become a serious problem among teens and adults because in current era, they are using social media and internet highly and make friends on these kind of sites. So when they chose wrong 1
one than are harass by the individual by sending mean, embarrassing, untrue or hurtful messages. So the main reason of this problem is that the new generation affected by this problem and cyberbullying impacted the mentality and thinking capacity of them in negative and bad manners so they take wrong decisions like suicide etc. So it is necessary for the government that they framed some new laws to remove and resolve these kind of problems. Posting statements online that are vulgar and unacceptable- This problem is not only affect adults and youths but also impacted the profession and professional people also. For example, there are various comments and news spread on the social sites in about celebrities and reputed persons which is a way of cyberbullying (Garaigordobil and et. al., 2015). Sometimes, there are some statements are so vulgar that affect and hurt these professional people that they take wrong decision which affect their life, career and profession also. So the major reason of cyberbullying against these persons are that lack of government regulation. If these people affected by this problem than the society and the nation also influenced in negative way. So there are need that national authorities design various laws to reduce this issues. Blackmailing with certain demands- In current era, teenagers highly use various technologies and different social media sites, there they make contact with others. When they make contact with wrong and untrue person than they are affected by this problem and issues in various ways, blackmailing is one of them. These individual starts blackmailing to them in different manners like posting videos, photos and others to fulfil their demands. Various youths follow and use this vulgar way to hurt and harass any female and they do not share their problem with their parents and take wrong decisions. This also affect them in form of depression, anxiety and others. So the reason of this problem is that limited laws and high level use of internet so there are requirement of developing new laws to make control on cyberbullying. Secretly recorded photos and videos that are taken without the subject's knowledge- This the another reason to formulated new laws regarding cyberbullying. There are number of people who are affected by this way. Mostly females are affected by this way. For example, when a boy want to make friendship with a girl and the girl refuse. Than the individual start to bull by using this unethical way. The person secretly recorded photos and videos and blackmail the girl (Kumar and Tiwari, 2015). In this situation, they do not talk to their parents cause of fear and take wrong decisions like hurtingown-self and suicide etc. So it is very important 2

So there are high need and requirement to the government to develop new laws and regulations to make control on cyberbullying activities such as blackmailing, sending vulgar message, posting pictures and videos etc. 3
