seemed to find more evidence that nations learned not to interfere with each other with
violence and that they learned not to fight each other.

On 16th June, 1775, after the battles of the Concord and Lexington which triggered the
Conflict of Independence, American crowds educated that the British were scheduling to
send crowds from Boston to occupy the hills around the city. About 1,000 colonial militia
officers under Colonel William Prescott (1726-95) built a fortress on Brad Hill with views of
Boston and the Charlestown Peninsula. (The males were initially ordered to build Bunker Hill

must retreat. However, at the end of the battle, fatalities at the Battle of Bunker Hill were

Basically, there are five characteristics of leadership. The first characteristic is being
adaptable. All things not go as per planned. Aspirant change strategies; administrations power

results, creating connections and giving people a favorable impression of your brand. A
strategic and open social media plan can move people from being interested to being a

4. Professional life/ career: - A good leaders are those who can make quick results with their
information. Effective decision making requires time and experience. Leadership requires
the ability to build and maintain a strong and collaborative team of people who work for
the same goal. Team building requires other strengths such as effective communication
skills and conflict resolution. A good manager is able to solve problems that arise at
work. Effective problem solving often requires rest and gradual solutions. One of the
skills that distinguish leadership from many other skills is the ability to teach and
supervise. Effective teaching from colleagues or direct reports on their career
development helps companies scale up.
5. Personal life: - By way of a good leader, you must be able to achieve your time, care with
emotions while being aware of your strengths, weaknesses, and possible causes of your
bias. Strong leaders know when to talk and when to listen. They are effective
communicators and can explain everything to their employees clearly and concisely, from
organizational goals to specific tasks. Managers must be problem solvers who can make
