It is very essential to collect and use business data & base a company decision on statistical report to obtain precise judgment on how to more firm forward for sustainability. In order to cater better services, ALDI must invest in technology development which is quite beneficial for them as it help to increase productivity level and aid to achieve business objectives. Furthermore, ALDI must implement new technologies within their business in order to analyze current market need which makes them capable to determine the needs of consumers and cater services or goods accordingly. High competitive environment threaten firm, to overcome it, ALDI must enhance their operational efficiency and increase productivity level rather than before.
