makes easy for employees as well as organisation to achieve their desired aims and objectives.
Adoption of system software reduces workload of employees due to which the interest and
satisfaction level of employees are maximised. On the other hand, it brings disadvantages as well
for employees in form of termination of low skilled workers due to having lack of knowledge
while working on system software (Pink, Tutt and Dainty, 2012). After analysing data collected
through primary and secondary source, it is clearly observed that adoption of system software
brings more profitable result to company as it brings easiness to the employees of Roc Search to
perform their roles and responsibilities due to which the chances of retaining with company for
longer period of time will be more. This will make a positive impact on the overall workforces of
Roc Search. Working on system software required specific knowledge and skills thus it is
essential for an organisation to conduct training and development programs so as to make their

used which helps to reduce the manual handling and operating services with in the organisation.
This not only helps in consolidating the information and data for better evaluation and control. It
is important to evaluate the measurements of information systems which affect the workforce
planning and controlling process (San Martín and Herrero, 2012).
There are type of system software are used as operating software, database management
system, translator, software utilities in terms of exploring the operations and functions of
business at next level. This is one of the essential aspect in terms of deriving the manual handing.
Information system software is one of the essential tool which helps to reduce the burden of
manual handling and exploring the operation in effective and efficient manner. With the use of
these system software managers and leaders be able to centralised the information in a single
format and summarise the information for in various forms.
The relationship between digital technologies and the growth of business organisation
There is a positive relationship among computerized advances and the development of
business firm as it is huge for an association to execute different progress and imaginative
advances in regard to coming to at definite objectives. There is a direct relation found in digital
technology and the growth of organisation. Moreover these information remains helpful for
effective growth and development. Digital technology is the main element which explore the

CHAPTER 5: CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
Research is considered as an effective aspect, in which research methodology plays an
important role in carrying out the research activities in effective and efficient manner. It is
essential to collect data on the basis of which further actions to be implemented after proper
interpreting collected data. In the present research, primary method as well as secondary source
are preferred by the researcher while collecting appropriate data so as to complete research in
more effective way. Secondary source is more effective in conducting the part of literature
review after considering the views and perception of various authors and writers about the
content of research. Along with primary data is accumulated by conducting survey through
preparing questionnaire as this is the appropriate method to gather relevant and effective
information for the research. Questionnaire is a most effective tool which help in gathering
relevant information through filling the questionnaire from the respondents (Tribe, 2011).
There are other alternative method as well which are also more useful in conducting an
appropriate research in an effective and efficient manner. While conducting research, I have used
method of questionnaire with an objective of getting accurate and reliable information from the
respondents. Apart from this method, there are alternate method of collection of data as well
such as conducting interviews in which relevant questions has been asked directly to the
respondents. It involves less time to get views and opinions from the respondents due to which
the chances of grabbing competitive opportunities by company will be more. Therefore, it can be
said that interview is the better option apart from the questionnaire which I can adopt in order to
get sufficient and relevant information from the people. It will increases the chances of getting
profitable outcome will be more (Wright, 2013).
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the above project report that Adoption of system software in
business operations brings more profitable outcome to the workforce of an organisation. To
identify the effectiveness of such adoption, research is must required through adopting two
research methods which includes primary and secondary method. Such methods are selected on

the basis of needs and requirements of research and availability of funds and time. From the
information collected from research, it has been conclude that it becomes more beneficial result
to employees of Roc Search is adopting system software in their business operation as it makes
easy for employees to perform their allotted roles and responsibilities in an effective and efficient
manner. There are various alternative methods as well such as interviews, survey which gives
reliable and accurate information about the perception of respondents related with content opf
research.
