 Mode it is most frequently occurred tern in an observation. This statistical tool is very
useful for a real life situation. It denotes the most highest frequency value. It gives full
overview about the data taken (Luthra, and Mangla, 2018).
 The business entity has made the conclusion by taking 5 stages concept of Likert scale
which is as follows : No hindrance, Minor hindrance, Medium hindrance, Major
hindrance, very critical hindrance. This method of measurement works on clients or end
users feedbacks. The respondents has to give feedback or answer to the discussed 5
