the concept and how it might bring value to healthcare.
Introduction
The foremost determination of the essay is to focus on one aspect of big data which is the
relational DBMS and one aspect of data mining which is data management. The importance of
different aspects of data mining and big data in the healthcare industry will be discussed in this
essay in a descriptive format.
Relational DBMS of Big Data
The vast quantities of data which are circulated in the working environment of a
healthcare industry are managed using the big data. The strategic business decision of the
healthcare industries which are based on the data are also done using the big data (Gandomi &
Haider, 2015). Transparency of the transactions concerning the internal and the external
stakeholders of the organization are done using the big data.
The relational DBMS is an important concept of big data which are used in the healthcare
industry for the management of the structured and the unstructured data. All the financial and the
logistical information records of the healthcare industry can be stored effectively using the
RDBMS. The legacy systems which are generally used in the healthcare industries are also
compatible with the RDBMS. The operational demands of the stakeholders of the healthcare
industries can be handled in an effective way using the relational DBMS. The data risks of the
hospital sector can be effectively managed with the help for the relational database management.
The implementation of the business processes is possible using the relational DBMS (Hashem et
al., 2015).

Reliability of the data has to be maintained in the healthcare industry. There are different
categories of tools used for the management of the data these days such as the SAS Data
Management tool. Data management is a very important process for business organizations to
deal with huge amount of data.
The effectiveness of the training can be also determined using big data analysis. The
predictive medicines and the customer relationship of this industry can be also managed using
the data management techniques. The access control of the essential data of the healthcare
industries is very important to be managed as many categories of threats for the data in
healthcare in the healthcare industry (Ratner, 2017). Data management, data processing, data
preprocessing model and the data visualization are the primary concepts of the data management
using data mining. Data Clustering and anomaly detection are the other concepts of data
management which are used in the healthcare industry.
Conclusion
The impact of one aspect of data mining which is the data management and relational
database management of big data analysis has been concluded from this essay. The difficulties of

Business continuity plan is defined as the type of plan which is required in most of the

organization. The business continuity plan has numerous categories such as the analysis of a
business process, designing the solution of the problem which is identified in the first place
(Fulmer, 2015). The following phase is the testing and the acceptance phase where the
effectiveness of the implementation procedure is considered and the finally this phase is
followed by the maintenance phase. The prime components which are considered in the
continuity plan are the personnel issues, communication issues, technical issues, issues in the
infrastructure and facility, issue in the electronic payment systems, liquidity concerns, financial
disbursement and manual operations (Rogers & Sathyavagiswaran, 2018).
As a manager of a healthcare industry the preparedness program for management the
Information system which is essential for the management of data which are circulated between
the stakeholders of the organization are as follows.

Designing the solution: Contingency plan for the probable risks associated with the
implementation of the plan are also considered in this phase. Dedicated IT team with vast
experience and expertise in the healthcare industry is needed for the development of the new IS.
Implementation phase: The implementation procedure of the Information System in the
healthcare industry will be a two-phase method. The first phase will include a single business
unit of the organization such as the transaction unit which involve the management of the data
before and after the payment procedure (McMurray,Cross & Caponecchia, 2019). Based on the
documented report of the first phase of the implementation plan, the second phase will start
considering the organization as whole including all the stakeholders of the organization.
Testing and the acceptance phase: The testing and the acceptance phase of this
continuity plan will be considering the black box testers who are the clients of out organization
as well as the white box testers such as the professional IT experts. Acceptance are needed from
both the sides so that the effectiveness of the system and the continuity plan is maintained.
Maintenance phase: The maintenance phase will be starting only after the acceptance
phase. The issues which will be identified after the testing phases as well as the acceptance phase
will be considered in the maintenance phase.

highlighted in the paper.
Benefits of using the technology: The benefits of using the mobile technologies for
nursing students are as followings:

Drawbacks of the technology: There are numerous limitations for the use of mobile
technology for the nursing industries such as the followings:
 It may have a negative impact on the health of the nursing students, especially in
the eyes.
 Physical stress and sleep loss are the other essential drawbacks of this technology.
Recommendation from the researcher: The researcher of the paper focuses on the
identification of all the probable threats of the mobile technology such as the cost associated with
the mobile and the smaller screen size of the mobiles. The researcher focused on the reliable data
which are not always found in mobile technologies (O'Connor & Andrews, 2015).
Effectiveness of the use of technology: I believe that the use of mobile technology can
be very much beneficial as a method of educating nursing students.
Justification: New ideas and concepts of nursing can crop up using mobile technologies,
along with that better career opportunities can be also identified using mobile technology. The
use of mobile technology for nursing students will be also useful for students to understand and
memorize their nursing lessons.
