Executive Summary
The report shows the steps taken for network solution development for Seagull International for
its new office. The network plan is created after analyzing the current framework of the business
and the number of office that are that are needed to be covered by the network. A desktop server
operating system is proposed for the network development and its feasibility is analyzed and
documented in the report. The sales team have the requirement of accessing the network from
remote location and the network is developed for permitting the users to securely access the
internal network with the means of VPN connection. For allowing internet and telephone
connectivity between the department VoIP support is needed to be enabled and the device and
protocols that are needed for enwalling VoIP is discussed in the report. A wireless support for
the network is enabled with the deployment of wireless access-point and enabling the users to
connect their laptop and smart phone with the organizational network. Finally an IP addressing
plan is created for programming the interface of network device and enabling communication
between the different departments of the organization.

Introduction
The report is prepared for Seagull International that have its main office in Sydney and
currently needs to develop a network solution for connecting its new office. Currently the
company have 50 employees who works in 2 different location. The personal information of the
client is needed to be kept protected and the server is needed to be configured for protecting the
financial and client information. Thus it is essential to host the e-commerce security or else it can
cause legal issues for information that are kept unprotected (Sarkar, Basavaraju and
Puttamadappa 2016).
An estimation is made for the current and future organizational growth for developing the
network to meeting the future needs. The network diagram created for Seagull International can
help in understanding the network device that are used for the network framework development.
A research is made on the cost effective technology for its application in development of the
network and meet the current needs of the company. The network is proposed such that it can be
expanded in future and can accommodating organizational future growth n without affecting the
current network device configurations.
