INTRODUCTION
The term business intelligence refers to technology, practices and applications that is
used for collection, analysis, integration and present of information and data related with
business. The main aim to work and implement business intelligence is to support right results
and better decision making for business. This report is written from perspective of Gartner which
is a global research and advisory organisation that offers tools and advice to organisation such as
finance, HR, IT and communications (Grossmann and Rinderle-Ma, 2015). Currently, business is
focused to offer its services for an information technology firm. Moreover, report highlight on
journal review about one current trend of business intelligence. It also leads to enhance
knowledge and systematic understanding related with concept about information technology and
factor.

BI is early inception and it is an abbreviation that stands for Business Intelligence and in
present scenario, it undertakes or evolves those individuals who are from technical staff and
recognise as IT centric process through boosting performance of organisation. This refers that
business must include process of information technology for completing all there task with more

to understand importance of data handling in a business operation. With the witness and analyse
