this. This disruption happens when there is digital innovation then effects customers behaviour
and expectations and pressure organisation to shift to new ways of how they produce goods and
services, produces marketing materials and evaluation of feedback. This impact as an shift in the
digital strategies in the organisation as to fulfil the customer expectations and for the effective
