Introduction:
This project is developed in the Excel spreadsheet. This database can manage every
information of students, course information and staff information. In this database. By using this
database, a student can store and manage every information of enrolled student and the staff
information who are assigned for a student and this database is developed according to ERD. MS
excel is appropriate to develop this database.
Version 1(V1.0):
Version 1 (V1.0) spreadsheet is the 1nf version of this database. In this sheet, every
information of student, course and staff information is stored. The first column in this
spreadsheet is student name. Next column is student id. This column stores every student id.
Student id stores the unique ID of a student. Next to the student id, the age column is available.
Age column stores the age of the student. Next to the Age column, the date of the birth column is
present. This column can store every date of birth of a student. Contact number column can store
the phone number of a student and address table keep every address of students.
Course id column can keep every id of a specific course. Next to the course id column,
course name column is presented. This column can store every name of the course. Next to the
course name column, department id column is available. This column can store every id of the
department. The lecturer is the staff of the university, and every staff is assigned to a student.
Every lecturer can be identified with their unique lecturer id number. Next to the lecturer id
column, lecturer name column are available. In this column, every name of the lecturer is stored.
Next to the lecturer column, date of the birth of a lecturer is stored. And calculated age is stored
in the age column. And their gender is saved in the gender column. Version 1 is the complete
database that can save every necessary information for the university.
